Apologies to those I've overlooked or am less familiar with, though that's the best reason for others to add please. Of course, we all may have different ideas of what is "angelic", and I do not mean to imply that some I intentionally don't include are not great or even better singing voices. Best male singers is a different category/list. Song choice also comes into play here.

His voice can be angelic and demonic, and this is the singer who does both extremely well. The most angelic vocals I've ever heard is his outro to Heaven Denies by Demons and Wizards - gregorian chant style. He does all overlapping vocal harmonies (no other singers). Demons and Wizards - Heaven Denies (outro, after 4:15). More examples: Demons and Wizards - Path Of Glory (intro) Fiddler on the Green, My Last Sunrise (intro). Blind Guardian - Dream a Little Dream of Me (Ozzie Nelson cover), Miracle Machine, The Bard's Song, Age Of False Innocence. - Metal_Treasure
