No need to explain why. As a singer he was the best of the best. If you have listened to the way he performs his songs, you know already why he is the best singer ever! Whatever he touched with his voice ELVIS made it superior and unique forever.

Quite possibly the greatest singing voice of all time, what a shame that his career came to an end at the dawn of recording. We have only a few primitive performances available. Certainly would have given Pavarotti a run for his money. Freddie who?
