Cackletta is a witch from the Beanbean Kingdom, and the main antagonist of Mario and Luigi: Superstar Saga. Her name is a pun on the word "cackle". She's pretty boring by today's villains but she worked well as the drive for adventure and had a plan that worked up until it definitely didn't.
