1 Thanos Thanos is a fictional supervillain appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. The character was created by Jim Starlin and Mike Friedrich. The character first appeared in Iron Man #55 and has been portrayed by actors Damion Poitier and Josh Brolin in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Obvious Endgame spoiler that many were actually anticipating, Thanos' previous goal of eliminating half of the universe so the other half can thrive falls on deaf ears as the survivors (meaning the Avengers) are not in agreement with this in the slightest. This changes Thanos so that he becomes a more omnicidal titan, aiming to wipe out all life this time around. At the nick of it he fails.

Well he was correct...Thor should have gone for the head.

But at least he took his death like a man.
