He doesn't have speed as a power he has the speed force which people mistake for one another the speed force is way better then speed because it allows you to survive from running so fast also there's a bunch of smaller superpowers that come with it like multiverse travel and time travel and many more he definitely has the coolest superpower

His speed would be awesome to have, so you can have fast reflexes and get to places faster
