I think most of these guys have and will also coach pre-season, early season, late season and post season as well. What's the big deal if they are coaching at mid-season? - isn't that part of the job? Similarly, aren't the "offensive" and "defensive" players on your lists trying to play full seasons? And aren't there many more names that belong on the lists, without differentiating qualifications, as long as they are active at mid-season?
And, as the players listed have been playing and the coaches have been coaching, they are Not "candidates". What's the Point of these lists?
