Top 10 Minnesota Vikings Players of the 2017-2018 Season

To me the Vikings are going to be nothing but mediocre when the quarterback takes the field. While they have a not that terrible defense. Sam Bradford has yet to taste the playoffs that's even worse than not even making it. These vikings are very good at what they do, but the short lived new purple people eaters died last year.
The Top Ten
1 Harrison Smith Harrison Smith is an American football safety for the Minnesota Vikings of the National Football League.

Probably there best player of the whole squad is the hard hitter Harrison Smith. The heart and soul of that Minnesota defense. The type of lockdown safety that most of the league fear the match up with. Imagine dealing with both Smith, and Rhodes at the same time your likely to get all screwed up with the coverage standing before you.

2 Stefon Diggs Stefon Diggs is an American football wide receiver for the Buffalo Bills of the National Football League. Diggs was drafted in the fifth round one hundred and forty sixth overall to the Minnesota Vikings in 2015.

He is the best we almost made it to the super boul because of him. He was a great player and puts in a lot of effort he's is the number #1.

After the 61 yard touchdown, I say that he NEEDS to be number 1

Move this guy up

3 Everson Griffen

This guy is like an assassin out on a mission, and that's taking the quarterback down for the count. Once Jared Allen left Everson was the major step up of the defensive front line. In defense he did have a talented group of guys around him, however as they start to get more fresh newbie in there. Griffen can now really start to take off as a defensive force nobody would expect.

Because my name is griffin

4 Xavier Rhodes Xavier Rhodes is an American football cornerback for the Indianapolis Colts of the National Football League.

Rhodes for the past 4 years has slowly been improving, and in 2016 he showed that he is capable of being a #1 Cornerback for this team long term more than Trae Waynes who is looking like a bust at this point in time despite he had having 3 interceptions. For a 6'1 Viking he's one that many will underestimate when matched up with a top notch receiver.

5 Adam Thielen

Peaks from the offense when they could not for the life of them come up with much. Diggs early on was getting hot, but they ended up going to Thielen more. The likelihood Sam Bradford will be the one taking the controls I see him having a bigger role, and becoming the #1 over Diggs who was thriving when Bridgewater was at Quarterback.

6 Eric Kendricks

Like Barr, Kendricks can also be a big stepping stone for the Vikings to be the once defensive unit they once were. I mean he was pretty good when the team did get on a hot streak before the unexpected Norv turner retirement then he cold very quickly.

7 Anthony Barr Anthony Barr is an American football outside linebacker for the Minnesota Vikings of the National Football League.

The new leader at linebacker now Greenway is gone he must step up to that role. Barr has been solid so far, but he should push himself to go to even bigger heights, and we have seen that since he came in 2014.

8 Kyle Rudolph Kyle Daniel Rudolph is an American football tight end for the Minnesota Vikings of the National Football League.

Rudolph is a guy that was not very reliable when Teddy took the field yet it seems like Bradford's go to weapons are going to be mostly Rudolph, or Thielen with here and there other players taking some passes.

9 Case Keenum Casey Austin "Case" Keenum is an American football quarterback for the Cleveland Browns of the National Football League.
10 Dalvin Cook

I'll be stunned if Dalvin Cook can run with that awful offensive line that needs serious rebuild. I expect him to struggle his first year, at least he'll have a fair excuse why. He and Fournette are two guys I except to not be all that in there first year while McCaffrey is the one that shines the brightest.

You should play for the vikings right now

The Contenders
11 T. J. Clemmings

Clemmings must be the only good lineman on that whole group of guys trying to protect Bradford desperately. Riley Reiff sucks like I told you, Nick Easton, doe snot seem like a Center caliber, Mike Remmers, he did not do a good job protecting Cam's right side so add that up, and expect a awful offensive line with Clemmings being the only solid one of the bunch.

He played for Redskins in 2017 season.

12 Riley Reiff
13 Latavius Murray Latavius Murray is an American football running back for the Minnesota Vikings of the National Football League.

Just in case Dalvin Cook does indeed struggle like severely, you cannot forget the other big acquisition brought in another running back in Latavius Murray who was pretty solid in Oakland.

14 Kirk Cousins Kirk Cousins is an American football quarterback for the Minnesota Vikings of the National Football League.
