Top Ten Mis-Typed Pokemon

The Top Ten
1 Palkia Palkia, known in Japan as the same name, is a Legendary Pokémon species in Nintendo and Game Freak's Pokémon franchise.

For a second I thought this list was saying worst Pokemon names. Fare enough I am just quite relieved that I am not to be seen on this list

2 Lugia Lugia, known in Japan as ルギア (Rugia), is a Legendary Pokémon species in Nintendo and Game Freak's Pokémon franchise. First introduced in Generation II, it's the mascot of the game Pokémon Silver. It serves as the master of the legendary birds trio, and is part of the tower tuo along with Ho-Oh.

Living underwater and not being a water type is like UB Adhesive being able to talk to you but not be a Psychic type. OH WAIT.

How about Water and Psychic or Water and Dragon, DEFINITELY NOT PSYCHIC AND FLYING! WHERE THE HECK DOES FLYING EVEN COME FROM?

Should be pure flying in my opinion

3 Gyarados Gyarados is a Pokémon species in Nintendo and Game Freak's Pokémon franchise. It evolves from one of the weakest Pokemon, Magikarp. But Gyarados has a high attack power (as of gen VII, mega Gyarados is ranking #19 for highest attack stat & would rank #10 if legendary Pokemon aren't included), and a good special defense. It's typing consist of water & flying, or from its mega evolution form, it has the typing water & dark.

Why is Gyarados a Water-Flying type?! I always thought it should have been a Water-Dragon type!

This is honestly a terrible dual typing due to a 4x Electric weakness. Plus it never looked like a flying type to me.

4 Florges Florges, known in Japan as the same name, is a Pokémon species in Nintendo and Game Freak's Pokémon franchise.

Its annoying to use in battle too, considering you don't get that STAB on grass type moves.

5 Golduck
6 Jynx Jynx, known in Japan as Rougela, is a Pokémon species in Nintendo and Game Freak's Pokémon franchise. She is known as one of the more humanoid pokemon.
7 Heliolisk Heliolisk is a dual-type Electric/Normal Pokémon introduced in the Pokémon franchise's sixth generation. It evolves from Helioptile and is known for its ability to generate solar energy. Heliolisk's frilled neck can absorb sunlight, which it converts into powerful Electric-type attacks. Its unique typing and sun-related abilities add a dynamic aspect to battles.

Why is it normal AND electric

8 Azurill Azurill, known in Japan as Ruriri, is a Pokémon species in Nintendo and Game Freak's Pokémon franchise.
9 Celebi Celebi, known in Japan as the same name, is a Mythical Pokémon species in Nintendo and Game Freak's Pokémon franchise.
10 Charizard Charizard, known in Japan as Lizardon, is a Pokémon species in Nintendo and Game Freak's Pokémon franchise. Created by Ken Sugimori, Charizard first appeared in the video games Pokémon Red and Blue and subsequent sequels. They have later appeared in various merchandise, spinoff titles and animated and printed adaptations of the franchise. Shin-ichiro Miki, the actor who voices James in the original Japanese version of the Pokémon anime, voices Charizard in both the Japanese and English-language versions of the anime. An orange, draconic Pokémon, Charizard is the evolved form of Charmeleon and the final evolution of Charmander. It has two other forms, Mega Charizards X and Y, which are its ...read more.

I know it's Mega Evolution, Mega Charizard X, is a Fire-Dragon type, but it's bothered me a lot that Charizard is a Fire-Flying type instead of a Fire-Dragon type. Especially since it looks like a dragon.

Would be a bit OP if it was a dragon in the 1st gen...
