A close second to Fushimi, I think, Light is also phenomenal voice acting. That laugh in the last episode gives me chills every time I watch it. Miyano Mamoru really 'killed' it (pun intended).

Setsuna! Honestly, probably the second best character in the series (after Lockon Stratos - the original) and the voice has so much to do with it. Yeah, the character development was great, but nobody other than Miyano Mamoru could have convinced me of that. The voice acting was absolutely superb!
Ling Yao is a fictional character from the Fullmetal Alchemist manga series and its adaptations created by Hiromu Arakawa. Ling and Greed are the best characters, and the fact that Miyano Mamoru voice acts one of them has SO much to do with it.
When I first started watching Durarara, I didn't think Kida deserved Miyano Mamoru as a voice actor. He was just a flirt and a happy-go-lucky kid and anyone could have voice acted him. But when the second season came around, and even during the second half of the first season, I was blown away by how good the voice acting was!
I didn't think he really deserved a place in the top ten and I'm not really fond of this anime. But his singing voice is phenomenal and that deserved a place on here.
