The moment everybody remembers the most of the segment after The Headless Horseman appears it's a race for survival as Ichabod speeds away on his horse as he tries to avoid getting beheaded as he attempts to outrun the horseman and crosd the bridge to safety.
After finding out that Winkie has the deed to Toad Hall and that Toad is innocent Toad, Rat, Mole and Angus MacBadger sneak in while Winkie and his goons the weseals are asleep they get the deed but one of the guards spots them alerting the others as it becomes a mad dash as Toad and the others attempt to escape with the deed as Winkie and the weasel's try to take it back, little side note some sequences from the chase scene was latet used in The Jungle Book and Robin Hood.
After breaking out of jail Toad hops aboard a train as he speeds away with the police in hot pursuit on another train as they repeaditly fire at Toad.
This moment really sets up whats to come as Ichabod travels home through the dark woods as Ichabod's nerves intensifies as he continues to hear creepy noises all over possibly the mosy terrifying moment is when Ichabod is walking along and runs into the tree that looks like a ghost.
In this scene Toad drives around the country side while driving around a gypsy cart with his horse Cyril as the two cause destruction everywhere they go while singing ♫Where Merrily on our way♫.
During the party at the Van Tassel's everyone dances as Ichabod damces with Katrina as Bram Bones dances with another girl who repeaditly clinges on to him as he tries to steal Katrina away from Ichabod.
After terrorizing the country side with his horseband cart Rat and Mole attempt to stop him but their words fall on deaf ears as Toad ignores them as he goes on with his rampage until Toad is stopped as he sees a motor car pass by and Toad then develops a new mania motor mania as Toad starts to pretend like he's driving a motor car while making weird noises as Rat and Mole try to restrain him.
After seeing how superstitious Ichabod is after he spills the salt then proceeds to toss it over his shoulder Bram Bone decides to tell everyone the tale of the headless horseman and the encounter he had with him as he continues to terrify Ichabod who grows more and more tense.
After Toad is accused of stealing a motor car and is put on trial, Toad claims he traded the deed to Toad Hall for the motor car of course no one belives him so he calls upon Mr. Winkie the bar owner who was there when he made the trade to testify but Winkie instead states that Toad tried to sell him a stolen motor car which stuns everyone in the courtroom as Toad is found guilty and is taken away.
