As a Vegeta fan, this battle meant so much to me. It completed Vegeta's character development for two reasons: 1. Vegeta overpowered the main villain that overpowered Goku, and 2. He beat a variation of Goku. Not only was it brilliant for Vegeta, it was generally bad ass, with Super Saiyan Blue being awesome in it with a crazy aura, and such atmosphere. EPIC battle. (NOTE: this is the fight in episode 63. Not their first fight).
