I love this movie. It is handled so well. I liked the original fine, but it isn't the classic everyone says it is. This movie is everything I wanted the original to be. Skull Island is more intimidating. The action is much better. The characters are more interesting. Kong is at his best. His relationship with Ann is well done. This is an amazing film, and definitely my favorite monster movie and second favorite film of all time.
