I just drove from Phoenix, AZ to Seattle, WA. I was taken aback by Oregon. I've driven to NY from AZ several times taking both the northern and southern route. I must say Oregon is the most beautiful state I have ever seen by far. So much so I'm writing this post, something I've never done before. I just can't get over the natural beauty of this state! Breath-taking beauty which includes the awe-inspiring green forests, spectacular mountains, the Puget Sound is the home of the mighty Orca whales. The flowers are bountiful, colorful and some aromatic. The national parks, waterfalls, hiking trails all are awesome. We love our
wild life and our pets. Our weather is free from hurricanes, deadly tornadoes and long cold winters. Washington state is gorgeous.
I'll never forget my first time to the Mt Baker National Forest. Those mountains are simply breathtaking. I have been to the Sierra Nevadas, and while they are beautiful, the Cascades take the cake. Not to mention Puget Sound. Seattle has to be one of the most beautiful major cities in the country.
