1 Shadow Queen The Shadow Queen is the overarching antagonist and final boss of Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. She is widely considered one of the most difficult bosses in the Paper Mario series.

2 Bowser Bowser is the main antagonist of the Mario Bros. Franchise. From kidnapping Princess Peach to simply destroying a fun game between Mario and Friends in the Mario Party spinoff series, this king of the Koopas has set up a certain hatred towards himself amongst the large cast of Mario Characters. He first appeared in the 1985 popular videogame, Super Mario Bros., in which he was responsible for kidnapping Princess Toadstool (more commonly known as Princess Peach), which was released in Arcades and on the Nintendo Entertainment System (NES) Videogame System.

Steals peach and tries to kill Mario. I know bowser wants peach but he shouldn't steal her because she won't marry him anyway. Especially evil in the Mario shows.

He should not be this high up! What about Dimentio or Cackletta? Aren't those mroe evil to you? As a matter of fact Bowser is a good guy in a few mario games!

3 Kamek Kamek is a common enemy in the Mario Bros. Franchise. He usually appears in New Super Mario Bros. Games, Super Mario Bros. Games, or other similar games. 4 King Boo In the Super Mario series, King Boo is the leader of all the Boos and a major antagonist. He is an ally of King Bowser. He is depicted as a large white Boo with a crown similar to that of Princess Peach. In the Luigi's Mansion series, King Boo serves as the main antagonist and Luigi's arch-nemesis. He is depicted as gargantuan, even larger than his Super Mario counterpart, with darker eyes, a purple tongue and pupils, and a golden crown with a corrupted power-enhancing jewel. He is considered to be one of the series' most evil villains.

6 Dry Bowser Dry Bowser is the fossilized version of the main antagonist of the Mario Bros. Franchise, Bowser. He first appeared in New Super Mario Bros. on the Nintendo DS after Bowser had been dumped into the lava and was left with his skeleton. Since then, Dry Bowser has appeared as a villain in games like Super Mario 3D Land, New Super Mario Bros games, and similar titles. He also appears in some Mario Spinoff series, including Mario Kart.

7 Dimentio Dimentio is an evil harlequin magician and the main antagonist of the 2007 Nintendo Wii video game known as "Super Paper Mario". One of his notable features is that he has created his own Dimension, known as Dimension D.

How wasn't he here already? He literally wanted to delete the universe and recreate evferything in his image, what's more evil, a mad man who wants to delete everything and recreate everything in his own image or a turtle who wants to mary a princess? Yeah, I thought so

8 Petey Piranha Petey Piranha is a large mutant of the Piranha Plant in the Super Mario franchise and debuted in Super Mario Sunshine. Since then, he has been a recurring boss in games such as New Super Mario Bros. and has also made appearances in sports and spin-off games.

10 Mr. L Mr. L, also known as the Green Thunder, is the major supporting antagonist of Super Paper Mario. He is an evil alter ego of Luigi as a result of being brainwashed by Nastasia, and the creator of Brobot.
