Also wolverines healing factor is affected by his nutrition while deadpool's isn't so wolverines healing can be drastically reduced while deadpool will continue no matter what. Deadpool can survive longer without oxygen, water or food than wolverine as well making him practically immortal also (this is something I heard, not 100% sure) wolverine cannot regenerate his head so if he is decapitated and his head is kept away from its body long enough he will die, deadpool on the other hand even without his immortality curse, (if he can regenerate from only his right arm mean he can regenerate his head.

Talking about superman's durability, it surpasses the hulk since hulk can regenerate. People think that the hulk is more durable than superman but that's not true because hulk heals himself from blasts or bullets that hits him. Superman only heals when he gets solar charged. If you guys watch "superman returns" then you will see that the bullet bounces off superman's eye. Also in BVS, there was an explosion in the court and superman withstood it without even a scratch. It's stated and seen in many movies that if a person will try to punch superman then he will eventually hurt himself.

If he is immortal than that means he cannot die no-matter what, if he can't die than he is indestructable but wolverine in he latest film can have his healing abilities stripped from him and can be damaged by attacks making the wolverine very much mortal and vulnerable. so hercules beats the wolverine by a long shot
