Honestly one of the most socially, political and economically conscious rappers alive right now. the elegance in which he puts issues that clearly are gripping not only America but the entire world... from slavery to how black lives don't seem to matter in modern times. he really is good.

Should be top 20, becoming a four star general means devoting a majority of your life to serve this country and that's no easy feat.
Roberto Clemente was NOT African American. He was 100% Puerto Rican. Get your facts straight
Puerto Ricans are a mix melting pot. They have African, European and Indian ancestry. I am Puerto Rican and we consider ourselves Latinos yes. Yet Clemente has Afro features. There is a huge American influence in PR and Puerto Rico is currently a U.S. territory. So think about how Clemente could be identified as African-American. And guess what? Rihanna is on this list and no one is saying she is "not" African American or not black and she is born and raised in Barrbaidos, in the carribean sea where many people are mixed too.
