These artists are terrible. Seriously, Beyonce does not deserve a number 1 spot on this list and what.. You have Usher and Chris Brown in the top 5. What a disgraceful list. Usher and Chris Brown would be nothing without the influence of one of the greatest entertainers of all time MJ. He is unrivaled today as not only one of the best dancers that ever lived, but also was a great songwriter and influenced people to the far corners of the earth with his artistic and musical genius. Anything less than number one is a disgrace to truth. Also someone better add the other Motown artist that invented the means to modern music! - SoulofTheLegends

King r&b tataloo

5 R.Kelly

Well there is so much to say about Kelly. He has been around for so long with hits on each of his major albums. The main thing here is his voice and his mind. No one compares to when it comes to his beautiful voice and his intelligence as a song writer and artist. The best vocalist ever right here!

R kelly is in a league of his own. Timeless... Classic hits. Genius song writing and vocal skills that punish all other voices. Everything he touches is phenomenal. Bow down to the king!

R Kelly is simply the best, got huge respect for him, his music is food to soul, his voice is orgasmic!

I definitely agree. Hands down the best ever to do it.

King Michael Jackson should be on spot 1

I guess you guys all forgot about usher because if you remembered he would be number one. Yeah! On the confessions album was number one for ever. If you turned on the radio back then that was all you heard. Even before that he making classics like Nice^^Slow and you Remind Me. Also ever since then he has made non-stop number one hits. Although they are not as good as the old songs there are still some good ones. And Rihanna ahead of him! She's not even R^^B and all her songs sound the same.

10 Outkast Outkast

I mean come on. They said R&B! Anita Baker and Luther at 24 & 25, I mean Usher, Chris Brown, Rihanna and Beyonce are good, but their voices are predictable and they don't have staying power. Luther and Anita music was out in the 80's yet you ALWAYS hear their music playing on the radio DAILY. That won't be the case 30 years from now with Rihanna. None of her songs are oldies but goodies worthy.

Outkast is hip hop, not r&b - DaWyteNight

The Contenders

He overcame so many difficulties and had the courage to carry on making great music. He is the best dancer out there and is the greatest and most talented artist out there right now.

Best ever he brings things to the table that people struggle to bring, he never disappoints when it comes to his music

Look at me now is his only good song - Thicc_Neeson

I love the songbird tittle of her she really deserve it

Mariah carey should be the best female singer. She got the power to be "the voice". 5 octave range and her powerful voice makes the crowd feel the emotions and the meaning of the song. Most of the song she sing was written by her.
