First R&B singer in Iran. He Put so Emotion in his songs

Amir Tatalo is one of the best musicians in Iran. He is the first to perform the R & B style in Iran in principle. He is the father of this genre in Iran, considering that he had no facilities and was the son of a tailor who left that big job empty. done

I think Amir tataloo is the best singer because he is very good at singing R&B.He is not just a singer. Actually he is a very good soccer player and he has very nice personality too.

2 Michael Jackson Michael Jackson (Michael Joseph Jackson; August 29, 1958 – June 25, 2009) was an American singer, dancer, and songwriter. He passed away from cardiac arrest caused by a propofol and benzodiazepine overdose on June 25, 2009. He donated (at least) a remarkable 500,000,000 dollars to charity. Michael is also known as The King of Pop (a title given to him by Elizabeth Taylor) or under the initials MJ. Dubbed the King of Pop, he is regarded as one of the most significant cultural figures of the 20th century. ...read more.

These artists are terrible. Seriously, Beyonce does not deserve a number 1 spot on this list and what.. You have Usher and Chris Brown in the top 5. What a disgraceful list. Usher and Chris Brown would be nothing without the influence of one of the greatest entertainers of all time MJ. He is unrivaled today as not only one of the best dancers that ever lived, but also was a great songwriter and influenced people to the far corners of the earth with his artistic and musical genius. Anything less than number one is a disgrace to truth. Also someone better add the other Motown artist that invented the means to modern music!

What the hell the world has come into? Michael Jackson is not jut the king of pop,if the title KING OF MUSIC was to be given to someone,it should be Michael Jackson and if you people wanna know why then know the definition of music and study his music before you people go and make such idiotic lists. This list is totally unreasonable.you wouldn't have usher, Chris brown, Justin Bieber and lots of other artist if it was not for the influence of the great MJ.Sure they are all amazing and talented, that is why they are called artists but that doesn't mean that they could be put in the same list with a legend like Michael Jackson. Michael Jackson cannot be compared to anyone because Michael Jackson is Michael Jackson,he's perfection itself. Man, nobody comes near the king, words cannot describe how good he was. There will be no one like him.And those artist being in top 5 shows how dumb everyone's mind is in creating such a simple list.Seriously give the spot 1 to the king. The King is the ...more

Amazing voice, amazing charisma, amazing dancing. It just doesn't get better than the one and only Michael Jackson!

He is pop not rnb. Guys get over it. You may think he is the greatest but he ain't deserving to be in this list for not being in this genre.

3 Stevie Wonder Stevland Hardaway Morris, known by his stage name Stevie Wonder, is an American musician, singer, songwriter, record producer, and multi-instrumentalist.

Really! Chris stupid brown above Stevie Wonder! Really!

I love Stevie Wonder And wanna see Him Live

4 Luther Vandross Luther Ronzoni Vandross Jr. was an American singer, songwriter and record producer. Throughout his career, Vandross was an in-demand background vocalist for several different artists.

Greatest singing voice ever. Ask any expert in the record industry since the 70s, they'll agree. After Michael Jackson and Stevie Wonder, he's #3 easy. The only reason that he's not recognized on this list is because the majority of voters will vote for the most popular and well-known, and not who's the most talented and has been most consistent in producing legendary music.

13...seriously? You got Chris Brown, Usher and Jay baby momma before this legend!

Luther is one of the BEST R&B of ALL time! Not many compare to him! Miss him... RIP

Usher and R Kelly are good, but Luther is the master of this genre!

5 Charlie Wilson Charles Kent "Charlie" Wilson, also known as Uncle Charlie, is an American R&B singer, songwriter, producer and the former lead vocalist for The Gap Band.

Donny Hathaway, Stevie Wonder, Wilson Picket & Maurice White musical spirits have morphed into what we call "Uncle Charlie! "... He's a beast..

Donny Hathaway, Stevie Wonder, Wilson Picket & Maurice White all morphed into what we call "Uncle Charlie! "... He's a beast..

Vann-

Been in the industry for 40+ years and still going strong

He's most definitely legendary and timeless!

6 Joe

This man is the truth. He's purely into r&b, unlike Usher and R. Kelly. Don't get me wrong Ush and Kellz are great too but they didn't always stay true to r&b, when talking about r&b Joe should be regarded much higher than the two of them, he deserves much more respect and recognition. He never went pop or hip hop, he's always stayed true to r&b and gets no credit for it, SMH and people complain that r&b is dying...yeah I wonder why. Joe and Brian McKnight should be top 10 at least.

One of the greatest voices of all time is not even in the top 10 and is under rihanna the pop artist, chris brown the hip hop/pop artist and beyonce the pretentious mainstream artist.

7 Aaliyah Aaliyah Dana Haughton was born on January 16th 1979 and died August 25th 2001. She was a dancer, an actress and an R&B singer. She was born in Brooklyn, New York, raised in Detroit, Michigan and died at Marsh Harbour, Bahamas. ...read more.

Aaliyah should be higher on this list. I love Aaliyah, It's just so sad we never got to hear more of her beautiful voice as she was taken from us, Her voice is like silk, so smooth and soft, I could kick back and Listen to Aaliyah every day, We miss You Princess Rest In Peace.x

I've always thought Aaliyah was amazing! Beyonce's cool, but I prefer Aaliyah any day. But sadley her life was taken August 25, 2001 in Marsh Harbor, The Bahamas. REST IN PARADISE AALIYAH. WE STILL LOVE YOU!

I would just like to point out the fact that one of the most beautiful voices that has ever graced this planet is under Justin BEIBER on this list, this list is a joke...

Aaliyah should be the top ten look how relevant she is 15 years later even more relevant than MJ artists keep trying to get they're hands on her unreleased materials

8 Prince Prince Rogers Nelson (June 7, 1958 - April 21st, 2016) was an American musician, best known for being one of the most popular and influential artists from the 80s, with songs such as "Purple Rain", "Little Red Corvette", "1999", and "When Doves Cry" .

To be honest, I think many other artists probably rank at the top right with Prince, but here’s why I voted him. I hate to always see Michael Jackson ahead of him on lists. Prince was far more influential and talented. Prince was so musically diverse. Just the fact that you would see him on a top list for rock, soul, R&B, pop, funk guitarist, and more just shows his musical talent. In his main eighties work, he pioneered new wave sounds at their best while smoothly combining near Van Halen level guitar solos, funky, complex rhythms, keyboard riffs, James Brown level dancing, a unique voice, a completely self-produced music, and many other talents. While maintaining an r&b identity, he experimented with many genres such as new wave, rock, hip hop, soul, funk, r&b, jazz, new jack swing, blues, and a killer guitar solo in the 2004 rock and roll hall of fame. RIP to a god

The true definition of artist. Some of the best love songs ever made belongs to this man, along with his incredible musical sound that blended with his lyrics setting the mood.

How is this genius below R. KELLY?! Seriously? Prince shouldn't be behind, that "thing"...

Just an amazing voice

9 Marvin Gaye Marvin Gaye (born Marvin Pentz Gay Jr.; April 2, 1939 – April 1, 1984) was an American singer and songwriter. He helped to shape the sound of Motown in the 1960s, first as an in-house session player and later as a solo artist with a string of hits, earning him the nicknames "Prince of Motown" and ...read more.

More then half of these artist were influence by marvin and he's not number 1 what is wrong with people these days, come on we talking about r&b

Chris Brown above Marvin Gaye and Luther? This list needs major fixing.

Chris Brown above Marvin Gaye? This list must be removed.

You have got to be f-ing joking. Top 2 under Stevie Wonder right here

10 James Ingram
The Contenders
11 Whitney Houston Whitney Elizabeth Houston (August 9, 1963 – February 11, 2012) was an American singer, actress, producer, and model. In 2009, Guinness World Records cited her as the most awarded female act of all time. Houston is one of pop music's best-selling music artists of all-time, with an estimated 170–200 ...read more.

Her voice is very powerful. Her song still be familiar for music lover in the new millenium. Such as "I Will Always Love You", "I Have Nothing", "I Wanna Dance With Somebody", "Greatest Love Of All" etc. Maybe she not a best selling singer but she has many title such as the voice, best debut album for the female singers, first female singer who has 3 number one single in billboard 100, first female singers who has album debuted at number 1 in US, singer who has biggest consecutive number 1 single I'm US, best soundtrack album for the bodyguard soundtrack, best selling gospel album for the preacher's wife soundtrack etc. She also a strong female. She can clear her struggless although she can't win the drugs. I Will Always Love You, Ms Whitney

Mariah Carey was cool when I was in the third grade and she was popular, but Whitney Houston is absolutely amazing and legendary!

Her strong voice brings sincirity and purity to all of us you're the number of me we will always love you

She's incredible! One of the best selling artists in history! R.I.P. Whitney

12 Aretha Franklin Aretha Louise Franklin (March 25, 1942 - August 16, 2018) was an American singer, songwriter and pianist. She began her career as a child singing gospel at New Bethel Baptist Church in Detroit, Michigan, where her father, C. L. Franklin, was minister. ...read more.

Without her there would be no mariah or beyonce, so she should definitely be much higher.

Aretha Franklin is the queen of soul why isn't she higher

13 Donny Hathaway Donny Edward Hathaway was an American jazz, blues, soul and gospel singer, songwriter, arranger and pianist.

It's a joke that he isn't in the top five

14 R.Kelly

He had a Beautiful Voice, his mind is very GENUINE. I think there no one that compares to his song writing skills. I Believe He Is The King Of R&B for his Intelligence as Artists and Song Writer.

He Can Hold A Note With His Very Artistic BEAUTIFUL VOICE. He is a outstanding league of his own. The Man Is A Pure Genius When It Come To R&B ARTIST WHAT A BLESSING TO HAVE A GENUINE VOICE AS ROBERT S. KELLY.

Well there is so much to say about Kelly. He has been around for so long with hits on each of his major albums. The main thing here is his voice and his mind. No one compares to when it comes to his beautiful voice and his intelligence as a song writer and artist. The best vocalist ever right here!

R kelly is in a league of his own. Timeless... Classic hits. Genius song writing and vocal skills that punish all other voices. Everything he touches is phenomenal. Bow down to the king!

15 Brian McKnight Brian McKnight, born June 5, 1969, is an American R&B singer-songwriter, arranger, producer, and musician. He is a multi-instrumentalist who plays eight instruments including piano, guitar, bass guitar, percussion, trombone, tuba, flugelhorn and trumpet. He is one of the very few leggiero tenors in the pop genre. McKnight is perhaps most recognized for his strong falsetto and belting range. McKnight's work has earned him 16 Grammy Award nominations, though he has never won. He is third only to Morten Lindberg and Snoop Dogg for the record of most Grammy nominations without a win. His most well-known songs include "Back At One", "One Last Cry", and "Anytime."

Seriously, most of the singers above him shouldn't even be here. Rihanna? Chris Brown? Beyoncé? Mariah Carey? R. Kelly? Usher?

Don't get me wrong, R Kelly and Usher are great but they still can't touch Brian or Joe!

He has the better R&B voice. A good sample for a good quality of a R&B. He supposed to be the Greatest R&B Singer of All-Time next to Luther Vandross.

16 Usher Usher Terry Raymond IV is an American singer, songwriter, dancer, and actor. Born in Dallas, but raised in Chattanooga, Tennessee was where he lived until moving to Atlanta, Georgia at the age of 12 where his mother put him in local singing competitions all over the city.

I guess you guys all forgot about usher because if you remembered he would be number one. Yeah! On the confessions album was number one for ever. If you turned on the radio back then that was all you heard. Even before that he making classics like Nice^^Slow and you Remind Me. Also ever since then he has made non-stop number one hits. Although they are not as good as the old songs there are still some good ones. And Rihanna ahead of him! She's not even R^^B and all her songs sound the same.

He's the best anyone can hear! He's mutlitalented, cool and he's got the moves. He can touch the hearts of millions and the smoothest guy I've ever seen!

USHER SLAYS I LOVE HIM SO MUCH I AM SO IN LOVE WITH HIM HIS VOICE HIS DANCE MOVES THEY'RE JUST SO SEXY HIS SMILE HIS PERSONALITY HIS LOVE FOR WOMEN EVERYTHING! KING!

Al I can say the he has the most AMAZING voice ever! And he no.8 on the best dancers list... He must be at least at no.5 I mean like you'll probably won't vote because the rihanna thingy but he is changed and he's a better person now... I really want him to be at no. 1
