1 Batman (DC) Batman (DC) Batman aka Bruce Wayne is a fictional superhero appearing in American comic books published by DC Comics. The character was created by artist Bob Kane and writer Bill Finger, and first appeared in Detective Comics #27. In film, he has been portrayed by Lewis Wilson, Robert Lowery, Adam West, Michael ...read more.

How is Superman overrated when the majority of comic readers hate him and Batman is the one with all the fanboys?

They complain that superman is overpowered and yet they claim Batman would automatically win any fight if you give him prep time. If you ask me, Batman is clearly the overpowered one since the prep time gives him an unfair advantage.

First off batman is not a superhero, just a hero with lots of money and gadgets. And yes he's a skilled martial artist but it can only help you so much against someone with who can fly and shoot lasers out of his eyes. Second off batman can defeat anyone so long as he has prep time. That could take weeks or even months, but if he's caught off guard by some random guy with a gun, he's done. Third off, he could do anything simply because he's batman. How is batman lifting that I beam with one hand? Because he's batman. How is he defeating everybody in the justice league at once? Because he's batman. How can he do any impossible feat/task? All because he's batman.

I like Batman but for such a popular superhero he has a very flat character, it's all brooding and frowning, where's the joy? And despite the fact that he is in no way superhuman fanboys seem to think he can beat anyone 'with enough planning'. To hell with that, if a character knew Batman's greatest weapon was his tactics then they would just attack him before he had time to invent a strategy. If Bruce doesn't get thinking-time he's an easy kill. Also there's a DC short story where an ordinary guy talks about how easy killing Batman would be for him, the story shows how he could simply shoot Batman from an apartment window in the head and that would be the end of that. See? DC prooved how simple it would be to kill him.

DC sucks

2 Superman (DC)

I have difficulty watching an invincible character fight against those he is more powerful than. I often root against Superman because he is so OP, and his opponents are the ones who are creative and smart. He really is the anti-batman: Given all the physical tools, but gets outsmarted and outmaneuvered by his enemies.

When a guy with no superpowers can kick your ass in a fight and in box office numbers, it's time to go home.

His powers are boring - Aaron135246

Superman sucks

3 Felicity Smoak (DC) Felicity Smoak (DC) Felicity Smoak is a DC Comics character. Her first appearance was in The Fury of Firestorm #23, created by writer Gerry Conway and artist Rafael Kayanan.

She is a disgrace to the DC Universe

Does absolutely nothing.

She is from tumblr.

She is literally almost only on Arrow. Wow. Y'all hate Olicity THAT much? - errrr

4 Deadpool (Marvel) Deadpool (Marvel) Deadpool is a fictional antihero created by Marvel who appears in their comics. Deadpool's first appearance was in New Mutants #98 by Rob Liefeld and Fabian Nicieza in February of 1991. His powers include self-healing and super strength. As a side character popping up every now and then he was fun. Now he is a bit overdone. Not to mention his humor is so overplayed that it takes away tension. His success all too often comes in making other good characters look like fools which is not cool (Taskmaster). As well being essentially the voice of the fans is a problem as they quite frankly make for lousy stories.

Cool as he is, Deadpool gets too much attention.

No not just cause he just can't die. Because Deathstroke came first and Deadpool gets more love and fame. - DunnaNunnaBatman

I guess the writers at Marvel took his immortality too seriously, that's why they still keep beating this dead horse over and over again

I love how she's on a list saying she's overrated and the only other comment says "she cool".

Why are DC and WB powering down Wonder Woman's god like abilities (in the movies) and why isn't she shown flying around, she does have Hermes' gift of flight! The hell with the invisible plane she's a goddess and doesn't need it.

I think she fine. One of DCs titans (not teen titans I mean like the pillars of dc) and the only one I respect. But her weakness is weird.

she cool

6 The Thing (Marvel)

7 Spider-Gwen (Marvel) Spider-Gwen (Marvel)

She’s underrated not overrated

8 Harley Quinn (DC) Harley Quinn (DC) Harley Quinn is a fictional character appearing in American comic books published by DC Comics, commonly as a sidekick of the Joker.

The number of fans who prefer her to the Joker and who say that she'd win against many characters is ridiculous! I don't understand how they tend to forget that the Joker is the reason why she exists. He transformed his psychiatrist into Harley Quinn, the Joker himself!

So overrated! Does nothing compared to deadpool

Her fanbase is the worst! And she the most oversexeulized characters I’ve ever seen!

9 Loki (Marvel) Loki (Marvel) Loki Laufeyson, or Loki Odinson, is a fictional character appearing in the American comic books published by Marvel Comics. Great villain but just as overexposed as his nemesis, he works for street level villains but some think he's the greatest villain ever and I just don't believe that

Curse the one who put the great Joker on this list!

I mean, the Joker is the best character a superhero movie could ever have - Nintendonix

I mean, he's great, but when compared to other more creative villains, he's a touch too simplistic. If he wasn't in some great stories everyone would've forgotten about the Clown Prince of Crime

DO NOT VOTE FOR HIM IN THIS LIST EVER

I respect others opinions. I just believe she's overrated in every aspect. People say genuinely nice characters aren't realistic. Some people aren't nice, but some are and they are the ones you would like to be friends. Also are brash characters who never get the treatment they deserve realistic? Besides most of people who claim to want flawed characters aren't that open minded about female characters who are kidnapped, beaten, hurt or afraid etc. If a female character ever dares to be saved she would be mercilessly bashed.
