I did not chose the countries with the biggest amount of nuclear bombs. The reason I put this list is to show the countries that have never lost wars or barely lost wars. These are also countries with advancing technology.This country has been holding of India for a long time in the Pakistani-Indian border. It has also rigged the land of invading british soldies.

Albania has defeated Germany, Italy and Serbia. It has also defeated the KFOR in a little KLA conflict.
This country is small, but with money from the U.S. they have done amazing things. Such as defeating it's neighbor countries.

This country is very heavily armed. The nuclear bombs in this nation makes it almost impossible to lose. But this list is based on strategic knowledge, and Russia would not be in a very high level in this case

Bosnia did not have an army
Not only that bosnia (as an unarmed nation) didn't get any military assistance until the end of rhe war nato did not protect the unarmed civillians whereas serbs and croats recieved military assistance from outside powers since the start of the war
There was also an arms embargo which kept these people from getting weapons
Yet they still stopped their imperialist evil serbs and nazi croats

This country is not very highly armed, nor is it really going through many weaponry advances. It lost a lot in the war wit Serbia. This nation was saved by the NATO forces doing a bombing campaign to rig the land of Serbian soldiers.
Defeated Serbs and croats with their bare hands, had little weaponry and were against the Yugo army
However lost a lot of innocent civillians due to enemy tactics and international communities ignorance in assisting an unarmed nation

Highly trained military, good weaponry, and a good economy. But yet again, it has not won many well known; officially popular wars.
Considering that the Serbs were winning the Bosnian and Kosovo Wars, until NATO intervention, the Serbs have proven their worth in combat.
This list is ridiculously biased, and is not based upon solid military facts at all.

At the end of the Serbian-Albanian war, Serbia lost almost everything. They have little knowledge in tactics. There are not much knowledgable people in this country, considering it has the lowest IQ in the balkans.
