Come on, they are hella famous.

I love BMTH so much. They are making great music and the best lyrics. But a lot of people hate them because the change from deathcore to rock. But I love their new music. They deserve more.

244 Pendulum Pendulum Pendulum is an Australian drum and bass and electronic rock band founded in 2002. Pendulum originally formed in the Australian city of Perth, Western Australia by Rob Swire, Gareth McGrillen, and Paul Harding.
245 Bad Religion Bad Religion Bad Religion is an American punk rock band that formed in Los Angeles, California in 1979. The band makes extensive use of soaring three-part vocal harmonies, guitar solos and lyrics that often contain religious and political commentary.

Underrated and ahead of their time. Maybe in a million years time when humans have telekinetic powers and big brains will they truly be appreciated.
The only reason why Lennon's Imagine is voted the best song ever is because Time And Disregard was sadly locked away in The Godfathers of punk's vault. This song was written by Greg Graffin when he was only 17! Most 17 year olds can't even drive or have intercourse properly! Graffin is a genius and made most other songwriters look artistically puny, including Lennon.
Armor-piercing lyrics, dynamic riffs and versatility in genres. Not for everyone's tastes, especially those who only like music you can dance, make out or sing along Cheesily to (which is sadly, most people) but if any band epitomises the artistic superiority of esoteric music over commercial, Bad Religion can not be overlooked.

246 Bush Bush Bush are a British rock band formed in London, England in 1992. The band found their immediate success with the release of their debut album Sixteen Stone in 1994, which is certified 6× multi-platinum by the RIAA.

Bush being so low on this list proves how underrate they are.

247 Smile Empty Soul Smile Empty Soul

My favorite band of all time, they just had too much swearing in most songs to go mainstream I think but take a listen to their cds and you will vote this higher

248 Van Halen Van Halen Van Halen is an American hard rock band formed in Pasadena, California, in 1972. From 1974 until 1985, the band consisted of guitarist Eddie Van Halen, vocalist David Lee Roth, drummer Alex Van Halen, and bassist Michael Anthony.

Eddie Van Halen define a great new heavy way to play the guitar. There is not much reconigtion for this band like they deserved

249 Asia

Know for one hit, "Heat of the Moment". This amazing band is still making some great songs in addition to older ones. For starters I'd recommend "Only Time Will Tell", "Wherever You Are", "Listen, Children", or "Without You".

Their 1st album was epic - amazingly strong from start to finish. So good in fact, it made millions of people fans of Prog Rock without even realizing it.

250 Cheap Trick Cheap Trick Cheap Trick is an American rock band from Rockford, Illinois, formed in 1973. As of 2010, the band currently consists of Robin Zander, Rick Nielsen, Tom Petersson and Daxx Nielsen.

This is an amazing band. Some songs have become famous but the band never did. I still don't get it

My all time favorite band! Super underrated! They have so many amazing songs!

So under rated should be way higher on this list

251 The Tragically Hip The Tragically Hip The Tragically Hip, often referred to simply as The Hip, are a Canadian rock band from Kingston, Ontario, consisting of lead singer Gordon Downie, guitarist Paul Langlois, guitarist Rob Baker, bassist Gord Sinclair, and drummer Johnny Fay.

One of the best bands of the 80's and 90's, should have been way bigger in the USA

252 Ramones Ramones The Ramones were an American punk rock band that formed in the New York City neighborhood of Forest Hills, Queens, in 1974. They are often cited as the first band to define the punk rock sound.
253 Diamond Head Diamond Head Diamond Head are an English heavy metal band formed in 1976 in Stourbridge, England. The band is recognised as one of the leading members of the new wave of British heavy metal and is acknowledged by thrash metal bands such as Metallica and Megadeth as an important early influence.

Black Sabbath is to Heavy Metal as Diamond Head is to Thrash. Diamond Head really doesn't get much credit at all, which is odd considering their old school feel, creativity, and influence.

Finger Eleven Awake And Dreaming Live - a Demonstration to how this is one of the best bands in Canada & how much better they Sound Live compared to My chemical Romance & three days grace & Nickleback & Rage against the machine

257 Warrior Soul

This list should be full of bands that no one heard of not great groups that people think are underrated cause another group sells moore records then them.

258 Three Days Grace Three Days Grace Three Days Grace is a Canadian rock band formed in Norwood, Ontario in 1997 with a line-up consisting of guitarist and lead vocalist Adam Gontier, drummer and backing vocalist Neil Sanderson, and bassist Brad Walst.

How is Three Days Grace this low? Go listen to songs like Break, The Good life, Animal I have become, I hate Everything about you, Riot and so much more!

If it's high on the list it's not really underrated since a lot of people voted for it. That just proves how underrated three days grace rlly is because it's 304th on this list. What a shame. I love this band. - scourgeisdabest

259 Feeder

Completely underrated! A great band, great sound, has always deserved more notice.

One of my most favourite bands. They deserve much more attention and praise than what they have been getting.
Queen, ABBA, Megadeth and Black Sabbath on the other hand are NOT UNDERRATED at all and they are easily recognisable to the mass population.
