141 Nazareth
142 Porcupine Tree Porcupine Tree Porcupine Tree were an English rock band formed by musician Steven Wilson in 1987. The band began essentially as a solo project for Wilson, who created all of the band's music.

Actually not too bad this list! (normally full of nu-metal rubbish). My Pick goes to Porcupine Tree! This band is one of the most consistently great band ever to have existed. Its rare to discover a band both experimental and accessible. For fans of rock with atmosphere, flawless musicianship, audiophile sound quality and a live show to put most bands to shame.

Should be popular among Pink Floyd and Radiohead fans

I'm looking for this what a horrible list this must be 1

143 Goo Goo Dolls Goo Goo Dolls The Goo Goo Dolls are an American rock band formed in 1986 in Buffalo, New York, by vocalist and guitarist John Rzeznik, vocalist and bassist Robby Takac, and drummer George Tutuska.

Honestly The Most underrated Band I think EVER! They are Amazing Musicians and they never get the Respect they deserve! Foreigner would be the other super Underrated Band! Both The GGD's and Foreigner are The 2 most underrated Bands EVER - Curti2594

Everyone should listen "iris" at least once in life...

145 Pulp

When I discuss music with my friends and the topic of britpop comes up, I'll hear either oasis or blur are the best, but pulp are honestly in my opinion the best britpop act, there's more to them than just common people

146 Deftones Deftones Deftones are an American alternative metal band from Sacramento, California. The band, which was founded in 1988, consists of Chino Moreno, Stephen Carpenter, Frank Delgado, Abe Cunningham and Sergio Vega.

Deftones have undergone an enormous evolution over 20 years, yet through their entire career they have kept up a very original and distinctive sound.

One of the greatest bands of all the time, very creative

One of the best bands ever, also one of the most influential metal bands of the 90's other than RATM, and Chino's amazing vocals.

147 Wolfmother Wolfmother ...read more.

They are FAR too underated. Easily one of the best bands of the early 2000s. I mean pretty much every song on thier first album is awesome. Also avenged sevenfold need wy more credit. Synyster Gates Has some of the best riffs of the last few years - yyy1yyy1

Their music brings to mind the glorious Led Zeppelin, Black Sabbath and stuff.. Reason enuff to be on top of the useless mainstream pop rock nutters :/ - Snafu

148 Seether Seether Seether are a South African hard rock band founded in May 1999 in Pretoria, South Africa. The band originally performed under the name Saron Gas until 2002, when they adopted the Seether name.

Honestly I think Seether is by far one of the most underrated bands ever. The fact that they are so far down on this list only proves that. They should at least be in the top 20.

This band deserves the first spot.

Most underrated by far! FMLYHM is my total jam, I love the lyrics, I love the beat, I love the vocals. Seether should have way more fans.

149 Kings of Leon Kings of Leon

This is supposed to be an underrated bands list, so you actually need to have UNDERRATED bands. If Kings of Leon is so underrated that people forget to put it on this list, I don't know what music has turned into. - Songsta41

150 Zebrahead

These guys make some pretty kick ass music. These guys deserve more notice.

This band rocks. I can't believe people don't know about this band.

One of the best rap rock bands! They are great!

151 Matchbox Twenty

All of their songs are amazingly good!

156 Danzig Danzig Danzig is an American heavy metal band, formed in 1987 in Lodi, New Jersey, United States. The band is the musical outlet for singer and songwriter Glenn Danzig, preceded by the horror punk bands the Misfits and Samhain.
157 The Kinks The Kinks The Kinks were an English rock band formed in Muswell Hill, North London, in 1963 by brothers Dave and Ray Davies.

A very special band and one that seems to be overlooked. They were at the forefront of the British Invasion with The Beatles, The Stones and The Who, yet they seem so unique. The singer/songwriter (Ray Davies) is a great humored genius with an addicting voice. The drummer is always solid and well timed. The bass is (maybe a bit shy) soft when you want and strong when needed. Finally, the guitarist is very talented and is obvious in their more complex compositions. Just start with their first album, if you aren't into 60s Pop Rock n Roll then skip to Village Green Preservation Society (easily one of the best albums ever). You'll be hooked.

I feel like The Kinks were made from this list because they NEVER EVEN GOT NOMINATED FOR A GRAMMY, have been around from the early 60's to the early 90's (3 decades), have been banned from playing in the United States, and have an amazing sound that is unique! I have to say that The Kinks are one of my favorite bands of all time because their sound is so perfect (In my opinion)! - TheThomasThomas

They are simply amazing - You Really Got Me, All Day and All of the Night, Tired of Waiting For You, 'Til the End of the Day, Lola, Everybody's Gonna Be Happy, and BEST OF ALL... 'Waterloo Sunset'! There are so many more brilliant hits that aren't on this list. Please go check out the Kinks because it will be worth the time - I promise!

This has to be the most underrated band.
