Most Underrated Villains
Well there are villains who are very good, but not well known and therefor underrated. This is a list of villains who are great villains but not many people respect. He is considered spidermans second best villian right after the green goblin. He ran the greatest villian team the sinister six.
Snape is way too popular for this list.
This list is worse than hell, this villain is overrated.
This is one of the most horrible movie villains ever. He kills children, burns down churches full of inoccent people, and slaughters American prisioners and the whole time laughs at all the misery and death he causes. Why is he not appreciated by more people.
Jason Isacc war great in this role, it is a shame he is so underrated as he is, I hop he wil grow in popularity.
Herobrine is overrated.
Dennis Hopper at is finest.
Very underrated villain from a very underrated movie. This guy is such a bastard. He drowns a old man, steals from people, rapes his son's girlfriend, and his other son and is just a horrible person
Christopher Walken plays a very creepy, evil, and unppreciated villain.
The villain of Poltergiest 2 was one of the scariest villains ever. I almost wet myself when he was walking towards the house slowly, and singing his hmyme. "God is in his holy temple" "God is in his holy temple"
Robert D Nero was great in the remake but lets face it he was so in you face over the top. Robert Mitchum on the other hand played a just as evil but more sutble villain in the original. He was more calm and planning. Maybe the audience wanted to see a crazier villain, but Mitchum delivers it in a great and underrated performence.
This guy could pull hearts out of a person's chest. If that is not scary, then I don't know what is.
The extremely virulent antagonist of Osmosis Jones. While the movie itself was kind of "meh", one would be hard-pressed to deny that Thrax is one of the darkest and most violent villains in any animated film, especially a "family" film. Also, because he is an extremely lethal virus (hyperpyrexia), he doesn't just kill for pleasure; he wants to become famous for killing. He only exists to kill people and wants to be known as the fastest-killing illness the world has ever known. Plus, his design and animation is extremely well-handled, and Laurence Fishburne's voice acting is top-notch. It's a shame that the movie itself was rather disappointing.
In an admittedly mediocre movie that is full of goofy buddy-cop cliches, Thrax makes for a surprisingly good antagonist. This is no small part due to his sharp writing and dialogue, suave yet sadistic attitude and mannerisms, and excellent voice work. This is to say nothing of just how dark Thrax is. He's basically portrayed as a mix between a supervillain, an international terrorist, and a serial killer. Throughout the film, he is shown mercilessly slaughtering other cells and microorganisms with his fiery claw of death, his end goal being to become recognized in the medical books for killing as many victims as possible and in the shortest amount of time possible. He may easily be one of the cruelest and most sinister villains to ever appear in a film that isn't rated PG-13 or higher.
Thrax Is So Tall, Dark, and Handsome!
Though he is pretty similer to Hans Gruber, Gary Oldman plays a very intimidating, and very good villain. Although people say Oldman's performence in the Professional is a underrated villain. His role in Air Force 1 is more underrated.
Wow was this guy scary and sadistic. How is he not popular.
The evil gang ruler of Chicago, though he doesn't appear that much, he still is a bad boy.
