2 Tony Montana (Al Pacino) - Scarface Antonio Raimundo "Tony" Montana is a fictional character and the villain protagonist of the 1983 film Scarface.

Not the nicest guy in the world but you got to respect a guy who comes from nothing and is willing to do anything to get to the top by any means necessary and who could forget his many one liners.

4 John Rambo (Sylvester Stallone) - First Blood John James Rambo is a fictional character in the Rambo saga. He first appeared in the 1972 novel First Blood by David Morrell, but later became more famous as the protagonist of the film series, in which he was played by Sylvester Stallone.
5 Jack Torrance (Jack Nicholson) - The Shining John Daniel Edward "Jack" Torrance is the main antagonist of Stephen King's horror novel The Shining.

If anybody could play a complete nut job on screen it would have to be Jack Nicholson who for him in this movie was just another day at the office.

Though his name is actually Betelgeuse though pronounced Beetlejuice he was a pretty over the top and very entertaining villain surprisingly not played by Johnny Deep who's been in more Tim Burton movies than anyone else brought to life by none other than Michael Keaton who would go on to play Batman.
