These are the characters from movies who truly stole the show in their respective movies.
The Top Ten
1 The Joker - The Dark Knight The Joker is a fictional super villain created by Bill Finger, Bob Kane, and Jerry Robinson who first appeared in the debut issue of the comic book Batman (April 25, 1940) published by DC Comics. Credit for the Joker's creation is disputed; Kane and Robinson claimed responsibility for the Joker's design, while acknowledging Finger's writing contribution. Although the Joker was planned to be killed off during his initial appearance, he was spared by editorial intervention, allowing the character to endure as the archenemy of the superhero Batman. The Joker has also been included in many other platforms such as the Arkham game series, the DC animated universe, Young Justice, graphic novels, and ...read more.

Its no competition Heath Ledgers performance as the maniacal Joker not only stole the show but cemented Ledger as one of the greatest, Heath Ledger truly became The Joker every scene he's is in is just magic his portrayal of The Joker may never be surpassed.

2 Genie - Aladdin The Genie is a jinn appearing in the Aladdin franchise from Disney. He is never given a proper name. He was portrayed by Robin Williams in the first film.

While main characters Aladdin & Jasmine were good characters it was The Genie who stole the show considering he's voiced by none other than Robin Williams and the sequel Return of Jafar proved that no one but Robin Williams could pull off the character any better no offense to Dan Castellaneta but he was nowhere near to being what Williams was.

3 Han Solo - Star Wars Han Solo is a fictional character in the Star Wars franchise. In the original film trilogy, Han and his co-pilot, Chewbacca, become involved in the Rebel Alliance which opposes the Galactic Empire. He is primarily portrayed by Harrison Ford. Han Solo served as the focus of the 2018 film Solo: A Star Wars Story, where he is portrayed by Alden Ehrenreich.

Luke Skywalker may be the hero but Han Solo really steals the show throughout the original trilogy and Harrison Ford would go onto other bigger roles though I can't say the same for the rest of the actors of the original franchise.

4 Harley Quinn -Suicide Squad Harley Quinn is a fictional character appearing in American comic books published by DC Comics, commonly as a sidekick of the Joker.

The movie may have sucked but the one character that truly shined was Harley Quinn.

5 Tallahassee - Zombieland
6 Hannibal Lecter - Silence of The Lambs Dr. Hannibal Lecter is a character in a series of suspense novels by Thomas Harris. Lecter was introduced in the 1981 thriller novel Red Dragon as a forensic psychiatrist and cannibalistic serial killer.

The one character that everyone remembers the most about Silence of the Lambs its Anthony Hopkins creepy performance as Hannibal Lecter he was such a great character he eventually got his own sequel.

7 Tommy DeVito - Goodfellas Tommy DeVito, portrayed by Joe Pesci, is a character in the film "Goodfellas." He is a violent and impulsive member of the mob, known for his short temper. Tommy's unpredictable behavior and disregard for authority contribute to the film's portrayal of organized crime. Joe Pesci's portrayal earned him an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor.

Joe Pesci was extraordinary in Goodfellas being the hot tempered gangster who flips out he even won the academy award for best supporting actor for the role.

8 Hit Girl - Kick Ass Hit-Girl is a fictional character appearing in the Kick-Ass series, published by Marvel Comics under the company's imprint Icon Comics.

If there was one character who ever deserved their own spin off movie it would have to be Hit Girl she has to be the most bad ass movie kid in history throughout the movie shes brutally killing off bad guys in the most gruesome fashion and boy did she ever had a mouth on her.

9 Smokey - Friday

Smokey is what made Friday so hilarious every time he's on screen its comedy gold thanks to Chris Tuckers performance which was a real shame he never returned in the other sequels.

10 Captain Jack Sparrow - Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of The Black Pearl Captain Jack Sparrow, played by Johnny Depp, is a fictional character and the main protagonist in the Pirates of the Caribbean film series. He is a pirate in the film series. The characterization of Sparrow is based on a combination of The Rolling Stones' guitarist Keith Richards and Looney Tunes cartoon character Pepé Le Pew. He first appears in the 2003 film Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl. He later appears in the sequels Dead Man's Chest (2006), At World's End (2007), On Stranger Tides (2011), and Dead Men Tell No Tales (2017).
