Top 10 Movies that Have Been Spoiled the Most

jack2244
There's at least one film for everyone. However, many hate spoilers, which films would you like to avoid asking people about? Well, read this list to find out. Warning: it may contain spoilers

The Top Ten

1 The Empire Strikes Back

When I was first introduced to Star Wars, the question I was always asked "Is this the one with the 'I am your father' line? " I think that should serve as a testament to how overly spoiled the ending to this is. That moment had no effect on me whatsoever, because there was no surprise. I knew it was coming, and there was nothing that could make me forget.

Well, it has one of film history's most famous quotes so it's got to be spoiled. 1980's The Empire Strikes Back is usually considered the greatest of the Star Wars franchise and considered one of the greatest films ever. I would agree, but there is no denying it has been spoiled before. - jack2244

2 Citizen Kane

Commonly ranked as the greatest movie of all time, and by some, the second greatest, 1941's Citizen Kane is one of my Top 10 favorite movies. It is probably the most famous movie on the planet besides 1972's The Godfather. It is definitely a must-see and even if you don't see it ranked first or second, you'll at least see it in the Top 100. Spoiled part? Well, basically the whole synopsis of the film. Kane's opening quote is while he is dying, as he says "Rosebud". The rest of the movie is a flashback where they eventually find out Rosebud was a sled. - jack2244

3 Planet of the Apes

1968's Planet of the Apes is a true classic. No denying. It was released the same year as other sci-fi classics such as Stanley Kubrick's 2001: A Space Odyssey. Planet of the Apes' sequels are not worth watching but this movie is worth a watch. I mean, seriously, how can you not know the ending by now? - jack2244

4 The Sixth Sense

You'd probably be lying if you say you don't know about the ending, pretty much the most spoiled ending, along with Titanic. The Sixth Sense was a brilliant film but the ending has been completely spoiled. - jack2244

5 Titanic

I am not the biggest fan of James Cameron's 1997 film Titanic. Being brutally honest, this film is not my cup of tea. However, at this point, almost everybody knows what happened at the ending. - jack2244

Of course we knew it would sink. This was based on a real event. - RalphBob

6 Fight Club

1999's Fight Club is a psychological film starring Brad Pitt and Edward Norton. I honestly haven't seen it since it's release but I do remember thinking it was a good film. It's usually considered one of the greatest movies of all time, but I'm sure you all know at the end that Tyler Durden doesn't exist. You've got to be living under a rock to not know that. - jack2244

7 Se7en

Most people on this site probably have never heard of 1995's Seven (it's advertised as Se7en). Overall, the film is one of my all time favorite movies, but you probably know the head in the box scene by now. - jack2244

8 Psycho

I dare you, try to find someone who does not know about the infamous shower scene. Try to find one person. After all, you might just find none. Yes, that's how much people know about that scene. You've probably even seen it once in your life even if you have not seen the full movie. - jack2244

Way overrated. - LordofL

9 Scarface

Even if you have not seen this, which I bet most of you don't plan to and haven't seen it, you probably know Tony Montana's quote "Say hello to my little friend" - jack2244

10 E.T.: The Extra-Terrestrial

I could've ranked more in the Top 10 but I will mention that even the poster to this spoiled the movie. - jack2244

11 Toy Story 3
12 Friday the 13th
13 Star Wars: The Force Awakens
