In the same vein as Garfield, while the voice casting isn't bad, it can't save the movie.
Now I know this isn't a movie but he NEEDS to review this. If he does, it will be so funny. Just the look on his face when he sees this show will be absolutely priceless. It would be one of his funniest reviews of all time. Somebody please recommend him to review this show.
A little less conversation, a little more action, please, ladies!
This could have been a fun, Scott Pilgrim-type adventure, but it was too brooding and self-conscious.
Doug loves the Twilight movies (except for Breaking Dawn Part 1) for being so unintentionally silly. The first movie is actually kind of eerie in its cinematography and artistic choices, but still has enough to laugh at. A classic so-bad-it's-good movie.
However, the film takes a few moments to poke fun at the acting, such as Jessica (Anna Kendrick), referring to Jasper as "the one who always looks like he's in pain."
Not necessarily a bad movie, though people had started to wakey-wakey up to its various flaws and oddities.
Also, don't you think of Karl Jenkins' 'Adiemus' when you hear this song?
