Movies that Will Restore Your Opinion on Modern Filmmaking

Quentin Tarantino is my favourite director of all time.

It'd be unlikely for the director or the two main actors in this to let you down. And what they made was remarkable.

So underrated and good

A modern classic in my opinion. While most sci-fi movies these days are more concerned about how much can be blown up in the span of two hours, this movie reminds us of a time of intelligent sci-fi. A great story with interesting themes & engaging characters as well as a unique style that sets it apart from the pack. To top it all off, Christoph Waltz gives the best performance of his career. I consider him to be one of the best actors of our generation, but so far his roles have wasted his talent, consisting of bland villains and uninteresting side characters. Here however he comes to life, dominating the film with his presence and standing out strongly as a result. If anyone questions his ability, show them this film. By far the best film of 2014 and Terry Gilliam's magnum opus as well. Top notch.
