A graveyard on the cover. No surprise, the album title is R.I.P.

A very symbolic cover: depicts the life cycle from birth (welcome) to death (goodbye). Cover art: Andreas Marshall
This cover makes me think the character has suicidal intents...
In Auschwitz, Poland, now museum, one can see similar things. Auschwitz was a Nazi concentration and extermination camp during World War II.

The cover is split into two sides, representing the album's two discs. The left side simply shows Sun Diego, the rapper behind SpongeBozz, who finally revealed his identity in 2017. "Started From the Bottom" reflects him.
The right side is his alter ego SpongeBozz, a drug snorting homicidal crazy mafia version of Spongebob. On his desk there is a poster of gangsta-fied versions of other Spongebob characters about to execute four police officers. The officers are on their knees and face away from their captors, and have sacks over their heads. Each has a letter written on their uniform, which in combination read "A.C.A.B." (this is a pure provocation because the song A.C.A.B. was the reason his first album was indexed - this one probably will be top).
I described it because you can hardly make that out on the small picture on here.
