Some of the artists I've put on the list are necessarily good, but some people take their hate too far and this is a list of music artists that should stop getting hate.

There is literally no way that a documentary about Justin Bieber is the single worst film of all time and is worse than Freddy Got Fingered, The Last Airbender, and The Human Centipede. There is no way that a book about Justin Bieber is the worst book of all time. He is not the most evil person in history. Why do you people think his birthday was the worst event in history?
I can't believe he is still #1 on the Worst Singers list.
Honestly, I don't find his new music any better or improved, he sounds equally as bad as his old music, unlike the popular opinion. Except his music got more boring and less annoying, but still bad. However, he gets way too much hate. Dahvie Vanity is a way worse singer than him, so is Kodak Black, Tyga, Chris Brown, and Cupcakke. Plus, people want him dead, which is just messed up in reality, that needs to stop.
Every Worst list out there he's #1. All because he released a few annoying song and has a bad attitude. He shouldn't be near the most Evil People. His documentary shouldn't even be in the top 10 of the worst movies list. Why the hell is he #1 on Worst Singers? He's completely mistreated. Give the hate a break, it's not funny anymore.
There are way worse music artists than him and yet he is treated worse than Mao Zedong. His haters are drug addicts.

Nickelback is a Canadian post-grunge band formed in 1995 in Hanna, Alberta, Canada. The band is composed of guitarist and lead vocalist Chad Kroeger, guitarist, keyboardist and backing vocalist Ryan Peake, bassist Mike Kroeger, and drummer Daniel Adair. I included Nickelback because of the number of people on this website who constantly defend Nickelback. And I know that this will skyrocket to number one, so yeah. Nickelback has an incredibly divisive reputation. Everyone loves them and everyone hates them. However, are they really the worst band of all time? To be honest, BOTDF makes them look like Queen.
I'm extremely neutral on this band. I don't like them, but I don't hate them.
Nickelback is not an awful band,not great though. People only hate Chad Kroeger because they think he sings like a redneck, yet he does not sing so bad. Other than Rock Star, their songs are not even bad, they are alright.

Kesha is an animal rights activist and she works for H.S.I. (Humane Society International). Kesha also stands up for L.G.B.T. rights in America I can't believe Kesha wasn't on here earlier. Let's explain why she doesn't deserve her hate:
1. Her new music is awesome and deserves its praise for being meaningful and well-made.
2. Her older music was all meant to be joke music. It wasn't done just for the sake of it, but rather to make people laugh. Wish it didn't fail because if you watch the music videos for stuff like "Blow" and "Stephen", you'll know that it was satire.
3. The Dr. Luke controversy
Kesha is one of the best pop artists nowadays, and yet she still gets hate for "always talking about sex and parties".
I used to hate her because I was one of those people that thought she couldn't sing, but "Praying" left me completely speechless.

David Bowie is not my all-time favorite singer, but David Bowie was a legend and legends do not deserve to be disrespected. Why is his album "Blackstar" #2 on Worst Albums? It's not even that bad of an album? Easily one of the most overhated singers on this website.
It was really the person who made the list's fault for putting Blackstar at the front of the Worst Albums of 2016 list. Then when people saw that, they accidentally voted for the item to write an opposing comment.

Almost all of the songs were awful. She became a twerking, sex-crazed freak. Her worst song was "Dooo It! " However, Miley Cyrus isn't bad anymore. She regrets making disgusting songs and now is making good, clean songs like "Malibu" and "Inspired" Anyone who thinks she is still a disgusting freak needs a reality check.
Look at that picture. She looks so happy and beautiful in Malibu. She is also clean and isn't on drugs anymore. At least she made some great songs on "Bangerz" like "FU" and "Wrecking Ball".

Some people hate Adele just because she is overweight. Her being overweight does not make her bad, in fact she is one of the most talented singers of today, great performer. If she was skinny like Selena Gomez, would she have as much complaints about her looks? Probably not. That just shows how messed up the world can be.
I'm not sure if it's that people hate her, I think it's just that people may dislike her music because it's ballads and not rock and metal like most of the site is into. Personally, I love her and her music, she's way better than other pop artists of this generation, and even metalheads can agree
I used to think Adele had an annoying voice when I was younger, I was such a moron. Now that I'm older, I realized that Adele is actually a good singer. However, people hate her because THEY think she has an annoying voice and because her song "Hello" is overplayed. Seriously, this one girl at my school thinks Hello is one of the worst songs of all time solely because it is overplayed. First of all, Hello is actually a good song. Second of all, The Stupid Shape of You is more overplayed.

While it is true that they aren't the worst band ever they did a Led Zeppelin and Ripped off loads of songs even their most popular songs are rip offs including What Makes You Beautiful and Best Song Ever

Robyn Rihanna Fenty is a Barbadian-American pop singer. Born in Saint Michael and raised in Bridgetown, she first entered the music industry by recording demo tapes under the direction of record producer Evan Rogers in 2003. She ultimately signed a recording contract with Def Jam Recordings after auditioning for its then-president, hip-hop producer and rapper Jay Z. She kind of deserves most of the hate she gets. She has one of the worst voices in the music industry and is an example of how anyone can make it as a "singer" today even with a lack of talent. I will admit she has a few decent songs but I can't help thinking they'd be even better if someone else sang them. Like, rihanna in love the way you lie sounds like a little girl whining.
Rihanna is kind of overhated on this website, to me. Her song "We Found Love" is hated only for being overplayed, when its actually not that bad.

Shape of You is a boring, dull sex narrative with dumb lyrics. I hate it for being overplayed because it's a bad song, and bad songs shouldn't get played on the radio. We Found Love is a decent song. Plus, Rihanna isn't always naked in her music videos.

Let's address some of the undeserved hate that her singles get:
"All About That Bass" is accused of being skinny shaming when it actually isn't. The "skinny b*tches" line is followed up by a "nah, I'm just playing" line right afterwards, so that is not shaming at all. As for the "silicone Barbie doll" part, the whole purpose of that was for her to say, "I'm not skinny, so if you are into skinny people...go ahead and move along because I'm not skinny." I'm not saying this wasn't poorly executed, I'm just saying that these were her intentions.
"Lips Are Movin" is considered sexist...WHERE? There is literally no line from what I'm seeing that is sexist. The song is attacking ONE MAN and saying that this ONE MAN is a liar and is untrustworthy. She NEVER MENTIONED the entire gender in the song!
"Dear Future Husband" deserves its hate, the hate for "No" is honestly justified to me, and I can ...more

Rebecca Black is a one-hit wonder at best and the rest of her songs are mediocre. She shouldn't be higher than Dahvie Vanity and Chris Brown on the Worst Singers list.

Thomas Matthew "Tom" DeLonge, Jr., is an American musician, singer, songwriter, record producer, entrepreneur, and film producer. He was born in Poway, California on December 13, 1975. When he was in high school at age 15, he got expelled for drinking at a basketball game. He also used to play the trumpet, but later played the electric guitar instead. He decided to form a band with Mark Hoppus and Scott Raynor called Blink-182. He was known for his guitar playing and his raspy voice. Years later in 2015, Tom left the band Blink-182. Other bands he was in include AVA and Box Car Racer. He gets way too much hate, for either his singing voice, for the times he left Blink-182, and for his looks. First of all, just because Tom has some bad performances does not mean he cannot sing, I have seen videos where he can actually sing, Matt Skiba had some bad performances too, but I don't believe that he can't sing at all. Second, he left the first time to see his daughter, which he actually did, and he thought he would never return, so he started AVA. Plus, it was recorded in his home, so he can see his daughter, not somewhere else. The second time he left, he wanted to do more than just play in the same band, but Mark and Travis forced him to record an album in 6 months when he already had contract problems, he found it hard to commit to.
