To be fair most music artists with a really long career are better in the first half but yes it has been a long time since Madonna had a good song in my opinion.
To be honest almost every artist with long and sucessful career qualify. Michael Jackson was sucessful in 2nd half in his career as his 1st half but it's only for a few years.
