Why are they so high up the list? Aside from Creep (the whole "Air That I Breathe" thing) and Karma Police (which has a part that kinda sounds like Sexy Sadie by the Beatles), there aren't any other examples of plagiarism from them. They're at four and Oasis is at nine? No way.
