This list is from Best Singing Voice to worst. I actually did compare each mane six singing voice. So, here we go... And please don't say that this list is not fair because I actually did hear all the mane six's singing voice
Rarity is a female Unicorn pony from the 2010 Animated Television Series My Little Pony:Friendship is Magic. She is the element of Generosity and her main passion is fashion. In my opinion, she has one of the best, possibly best singing voice in the main six. So beautiful and elegant. I get chills every time I hear Rarity with a singing verse, AMAZING voice!
Rarity's voice is so elegant and so beautiful! It makes sense, because Sweetie Belle loves singing and is pretty good. Rarity sounded especially lovely in her small solo part in "Crusaders of the Lost Mark"'s Finale song. She always sounds gorgeous and so angelic. Her voice sounds nothing like Tabitha's speaking voice for Rarity, but they are both utterly amazing. When Rarity starts singing... "Ahhh! " Heavenly music plays!
Rarity could be Madonna of Equestria.
No offense Fluttershy fans, but WITHOUT A DOUBT, Rarity IS THE BEST SINGER in All of Equestria!
She should pursue her singing career for example in Filli Vanilli, that high pitched note was AMAZING.
There should've been an episode when Rarity struts and flaunts her singing talent INSTEAD OF FLUTTERSHY.
Rarity needs to sing more often, often enough to prove that rarity is way more better!
Rarity's voice is MUCH MORE angelic than Fluttershy's singing voice. Every time Rarity sings it's like a CHORUS OF DIVINITY filling my ears.
Rarity SHOULD be an OPERA singer.

It's so angelic and soft with a opera tone and great at the high notes.
I think she should be first, Yes, rarity has a nice and British voice but flutter shy has a Disney princess in her body, I mean just listen to the song "Music in the treetops" plus another reason is that her animals seem to enjoy it.

My favourite Fluttershy song was Music In The Treetops. On a beautiful morning, birds fluttered up to Fluttershy's cottage. Then, she started to sing and take care of the animals. Feeding them, calming them down, and further more.
Her voice is like an angel's. She loves her friends more than her life, at least that's how I see her, and that makes every word she speaks beautiful.

Pinkie Pie is a major character in the 2010 show My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic, based on Surprise from My Little Pony G1, She represents the element of Laughter. I used to not like Pinkie Pie's voice, but in season 4 she was great! Especially in the one with Cheese Sandwich. She sounded fantastic and adorable! I have a new appreciation for her voice!
Pinkie's voice is so happy and perfectly conveys her personality. Pinkie is my favorite pony and I think she sings pretty, especially when she harmonizes with Rainbow Dash.
She has a voice which matches her happy personality in my opinion she should be 3rd but I mean she sang "smile" beautifully and shines her happiness through singing and parties and so much more
And Pinkie's in last place (of the Mane 6) yet again. Did NOBODY here the Smile song? HIGHLY underrated character.
Twilight Sparkle is the primary main character of My Little Pony Friendship is Magic. She is a female unicorn pony who transforms into an Alicorn and becomes a princess in Magical Mystery Cure. Ok here's why I think twilight has the best voice, for one thing her voice is average sounding so you would expect her singing to be average. Fluttershy and rarity both have wonderful voices so you'd expect them to be good singers. But oh wow the first time I heard twilight sing I was amazed at how good she is hands down best singer of the mane six
Seriously, Even people say Rainbow Dash is better than Twilight, I still like Twilight and still hate Rainbow Dash no matter what. But, though, I am really impressed with Twilight's singing voice. Especially when she sing, I've to find a way. Really impressive on my opinion

I turned on the T.V., found out the season was out, watched this episode, and thought, "They need to feature this voice more! " Rarity isn't my favorite, only because she is kind of dramatic, and too... girly. There's nothing wrong with being girly, just when this show is already considered a bit girly (reputation-wise), she's not helping.

We will prove to you that Rainbow Dash has the most beautiful voice by watching her parts of singing, specially The song At The Gala. She has the most beautiful and rocking' segment there! Oh my goodness, not only are her instrumentals astonishing, her singing voice has to be the best. It was between Rarity and Rainbow but I chose Rainbow Dash because of how many times her voice blew me away in the show! I remember back in 2010 when the Gala episode came out and Rainbow's part will always be one of my favorite songs of the show.

Sunset Shimmer is a female unicorn pony-turned-human and former antagonist introduced in My Little Pony Equestria Girls. She is a student at Canterlot High School, a former student of Princess Celestia, and a rhythm guitarist for the student band The Rainbooms. Some people(like my brother) might say her voice is too low. I say, "It is not and even if it is it just makes her voice sound even prettier. All her solo songs are perfect. I have absolutely no idea why Hasbro decided to have the song "What More is Out There" be a solo Sci-Twi song instead of having it be a duet between Sunset and Sci-Twi. FUN FACT! Sunset and Twilight have different voice actors, but Twilight's singing voice is Rebecca Shoichet(I think that's how you spell her name), who also is Sunset's voice and singing actor. So, in conclusion for the FUN FACT, Sunset and Twilight have the same person for their singing voice actor!
