It's at #1 because there are 3 objects not commonly used on flags, especially in this combination: an AK-47, a hoe and a book!
I don't like this flag because of this AK-47 on it. And the hoe.
However, I realize these objects symbolize things that are important in this country. - Metal_Treasure

It features zidiac signs, or more precisely, the symbols of the first 4 zidiac signs: Aries, Taurus, Gemini and Cancer. On the flag you see ♈, ♉, ♊ and ♋, respectively.
