The longest canyon on Earth, this is a place like no other. The Canyon can offer a panorama view that you would never forget! It is where the Colorado River has carved through hundreds of layers of solid rock. It is an amazing place!

I haven't been there but I would love to go. It's a beautiful and breathtaking place.

2 Great Barrier Reef, Queensland, Australia The Great Barrier Reef is the world's largest coral reef system, located off the coast of Queensland, Australia. According to most people who have been here, this is the most beautiful place on earth. The GBR is also the largest structure built by organisms on Planet Earth! Sadly it could be gone this century due to tourism and industry.

3 Aurora Borealis/Northern Lights, United States The Aurora Borealis or Northern Lights is a natural light display that occurs in the high-latitude regions of the Northern Hemisphere. It is caused by the interaction of solar winds with the Earth's magnetic field and atmosphere, resulting in colorful lights dancing across the sky. The best places to see this phenomenon are Alaska, Canada, and northern parts of Europe.

Alaska isn't the only place you can see an aurora borealis, the territories in the North of Canada also have them as well as some countries in Europe.

I've never seen these lights before. But I believe they are predominantly in Norway, Sweden, Finland, Russia, Canada and Greenland, not the US.

This the largest rainforest on Planet Earth, home to 20% of Earth's plant and animal species! It is so amazing and beautiful with hundreds of millions of hectares of tropical paradise full of biodiversity! Sadly, it could be gone this century because of farming and industry.

Arguably the most important item to the environnement on this list. Too bad there isn't much left of these forest, because of deforestation. I hope Brazil will wake up and do something to protect this forest.

It hurts to see how atrocity and greed are turning a place full of life into devastation and death.
