Top Ten Best NBA Free Agents in 2019

This Free Agency class is just been amazing. It is probably the best we have had in years. We have a bunch of superstars, 2nd tier stars, and really good role players. Only players in the 2019 free agent class are allowed.

The Top Ten

Kevin Durant Kevin Wayne Durant is an American professional basketball player for the Brooklyn Nets of the National Basketball Association. He has played for the Oklahoma City Thunder, Golden State Warriors, and the Nets. He was MVP of the 2017 and 2018 NBA Finals.

Durant is an amazing player. He has been trending on social media. NBA Analysts have been guessing where he will go ever since he re-upped last year with Golden State. He can go wherever he wants because almost everyone has the cap to sign him. I'm wondering if this injury he suffered will affect his stock. - 2storm

I seriously doubt this injury will effect his value on the open market. I think any team interested in Durant knows it will pay the max amount, even if that team is Golden State. It really is just a question of where Kevin Durant wants to play, and all we can do is speculate until he signs with someone. - CyberRat

I really don’t see this injury being a problem. It’s unfortunate but he’s going to bounce back and I think a lot of teams know that. I think it’s all gonna depend on what he wants to do - Randomator

Kawhi Leonard Kawhi Anthony Leonard is an American professional basketball player for the Los Angeles Clippers of the National Basketball Association. He has played for the San Antonio Spurs, Toronto Raptors, and the Clippers.

Kawhi has solidified himself as one of the best ever. He hit one of the best shots in NBA history. Kawhi is one of my favorite players ever. The Playoffs are still going on at the time I am making this. If the Raptors win the Finals, he will launch to number one. - 2storm

Throughout the playoffs he’s really proven himself as a legitimate player. He’s a leader and if Toronto wins the finals it will be largely thanks to him and I guarantee that a bunch of teams will try to offer him some big deals - Randomator

Kyrie Irving Kyrie Andrew Irving is an American professional basketball player for the Brooklyn Nets of the National Basketball Association. He has played for the Cleveland Cavaliers, Boston Celtics, and the Nets.

Kyrie has had a very unsuccessful run with the Celtics. It's time for him to leave. In my opinion, he is the best point guard in the league. - 2storm

Klay Thompson Klay Alexander Thompson is an American professional basketball player for the Golden State Warriors of the National Basketball Association.

The days of Klay Thompson not getting his due recognition are long since past. he's an assassin in the clutch. If he bolts, it won't be because of money (Remember, the players current team can offer more to their free agents than other teams can) the Warriors organization realize in many ways that Thompson is the key component to what they do, and the league has clearly become a guard driven league. Your observation of Klay being a top 2 way player is a sage one, and I just can't see the Dubs letting him walk. It would be an admission of the dynasty being over. Either way, Klay will soon become a very rich man, but he will leave only if he wants to leave. I believe he loves it in the Bay area, and will stay and try to ride out this dynasty. Its obvious that some team will soon catch and overtake the Warriors, but maybe Klay staying in the Bay will keep that eventuality at bay for another 2-3 years. - CyberRat

One of the greatest shooters ever and besides Kawhi he might be the best two-way player. Klay has been very underrated and doesn't get a lot of notice with the Warriors. Don't be surprised if he leaves. - 2storm

I could see him going either way. He’s arguably the most underrated asset on the Warriors. He could definitely leave if he wants to but if the Warriors organization is smart they will attempt to keep him in the Bay Area for as long as possible. Simply put that without him they wouldn’t be near as good as they are with him - Randomator

Jimmy Butler Jimmy Butler III is an American professional basketball player for the Minnesota Timberwolves of the National Basketball Association. Born in Houston, Butler grew up in Tomball, Texas.

Butler is a great 2-way player. He hits big shots and he should be very valuable to any team he goes to. - 2storm

Tobias Harris Tobias John Harris is an American professional basketball player for the Philadelphia 76ers of the National Basketball Association.

Tobias Harris has proven he has star potential. I could see him making a lot of money and he should be really good next year. - 2storm

Kemba Walker Kemba Hudley Walker is an American professional basketball player for the Charlotte Hornets of the National Basketball Association.

Kemba had a huge season. His team wasn't able to make the playoffs, but Kemba himself was terrific. He should get a huge payday next year. - 2storm

DeMarcus Cousins DeMarcus Amir Cousins is an American professional basketball player for the Sacramento Kings of the National Basketball Association.

He is coming off another injury and Boogie is probably really upset. I think next season he will come out angry and he will try to earn his money. - 2storm

Kristaps Porzingis Kristaps Porzingis is a Latvian professional basketball player for the New York Knicks of the National Basketball Association. He is 7 ft 3 in tall, and plays both the power forward and center positions.

Porzingis is another player that is coming off an injury. The Mavs will probably match anything thrown at them, since they traded for him. - 2storm

Khris Middleton

Khris Middleton had a big season. Middleton is a knockdown scorer and he should be valued. - 2storm

The Contenders

D'Angelo Russell D'Angelo Danté Russell is an American professional basketball player for the Golden State Warriors of the National Basketball League.

I'm very intrigued by D'Lo. He will probably resign with the Nets. - 2storm

Patrick Beverley

A well sought after Free Agent. Can contribute to any team. - 2storm

Enes Kanter
Al Horford Alfred Joel Horford Reynoso is a Dominican professional basketball player for the Boston Celtics of the National Basketball Association.
Nikola Vucevic
J.J. Redick

This, would be a smart signing for any poor 3 point shooting team. I'm looking at you, Timberwolves. - CyberRat

He will probably stay with the Sixers. - 2storm
