Top Ten NBA Players with the Best Chance to Win 2018-19 NBA MVP

The NBA MVP (Most Valuable Player) is one of the most prestigious awards you can get. These players show importance to their team and are most often the best players in the league. Let's look at a few players that have the best chance of winning it.
The voting period for this list has ended.
The Top Ten
1 LeBron James LeBron Raymone James is an American professional basketball player for the Los Angeles Lakers of the National Basketball Association. LeBron has played for the Cleveland Cavaliers, Miami Heat, and the Lakers.

With LeBron in LA he will be under even more spotlight. He will be playing for one of the most prestigious teams ever. Fans will be watching him every time he gets the ball. And since he doesn't have a second star beside him yet, he will have to do it almost by himself. He is my pick to win MVP.

Cristiano Ronaldo Of NBA

2 James Harden James Edward Harden, Jr. is an American professional basketball player for the Brooklyn Nets of the National Basketball Association.

Harden has a chance to go back to back. The Rockets are mostly the same team and he has the chance to lead the Rockets to the finals. Who knows? Maybe Harden will be even better.

3 Anthony Davis Anthony Marshon Davis Jr. is an American professional basketball player for the Los Angeles Lakers of the National Basketball Association.

Still one of the greatest he has the potential to be the MVP. He has a team all to himself. We saw what he was able to do without Boogie.

4 Kyrie Irving Kyrie Andrew Irving is an American professional basketball player for the Brooklyn Nets of the National Basketball Association. He has played for the Cleveland Cavaliers, Boston Celtics, and the Nets.

In my opinion him LeBron and Anthony Davis have the best chances to win MVP. With Hayward hopefully staying healthy, and Kyrie fresh off his injury, and being on the cover of 2k 18 he will have a lot to prove I think personally Celtics Warriors finals

Kyrie in my opinion was a front-runner for MVP last year until his injury. Kyrie has the potential to just explode again with the Celtics and he could be on a contract year. So maybe he wants to impress.

5 Joel Embiid Joel Hans Embiid is a Cameroonian professional basketball player for the Philadelphia 76ers of the National Basketball Association.

I have a really bold prediction. Joel Embiid becomes a top ten player in the league if he isn't one already. Embiid is really valuable to his team and he could make a big bang this year.

6 Giannis Antetokounmpo Giannis Antetokounmpo is a Greek professional basketball player for the Milwaukee Bucks of the National Basketball Association.

With LeBron gone Antetokounmpo could submit his application as the best player in the East.

7 Kawhi Leonard Kawhi Anthony Leonard is an American professional basketball player for the Los Angeles Clippers of the National Basketball Association. He has played for the San Antonio Spurs, Toronto Raptors, and the Clippers.

I think if Kawhi comes back healthy he is easily a top candidate but if he doesn't...

8 Russell Westbrook Russell Westbrook Jr. is an American professional basketball player for the Los Angeles Lakers of the National Basketball Association.

Westbrook is still in the conversation, but I just don't know if he will be able to get the touches.

9 Ben Simmons Benjamin David Simmons is an Australian professional basketball player for the Philadelphia 76ers of the National Basketball Association.

Another bold prediction Simmons explodes with Embiid to provide a really powerful tandem.

10 Victor Oladipo Kehinde Babatunde Victor Oladipo is an American professional basketball player for the Indiana Pacers of the National Basketball Association.

Another good candidate for MVP

The Contenders
11 Kevin Durant Kevin Wayne Durant is an American professional basketball player for the Brooklyn Nets of the National Basketball Association. He has played for the Oklahoma City Thunder, Golden State Warriors, and the Nets. He was MVP of the 2017 and 2018 NBA Finals.

Durant could maybe still do it, but I just don't see it happening.

12 Stephen Curry Wardell Stephen Curry II is an American professional basketball player for the Golden State Warriors of the National Basketball Association (NBA). He is widely considered to be one of the greatest shooters in NBA history, if not the greatest. He is one of the most beloved stars in the NBA today, as well as one of the most controversial.
13 Paul George Paul George is an American professional basketball player for the Indiana Pacers of the National Basketball Association.
