Top 10 New England Patriots Players Coming into the 2019 Season

Just when you think the dynasty would crash down, Tom Brady differs from that and makes history as the only player to win 6 rings. Despite arguably the weakest of the super bowl victories they do have a very balanced team on both sides of the football. Will they repeat and go for a historic 7 super bowl victories?
The Top Ten
1 Tom Brady Thomas Edward Patrick Brady, Jr., is a retired American football quarterback for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers of the National Football League. Brady is known for being the only quarterback in history to win 7 Super Bowls, and was often considered one of the best quarterbacks of all time. Brady was also frequently considered to be the biggest steal in NFL history as a late 6th round pick. He had previously played for the New England Patriots from 2000 to 2019.

Now compared to the last few season To Brady played very immortal like on the field. Last season was not one of his best seasons even if the stats tell you otherwise. Maybe with a better receiving core he could turn around better.

2 Stephon Gilmore

Gilmore had the best season of his career. Shutting down opposing wide receivers every time they would throw in his area they would almost 100% regret doing that.

3 Sony Michel

While he started off the season hurt, when healthy the dude exploded like crazy and was a big surprise considering New England isn’t known for having a very good dual threat running back.

4 Julian Edelman Julian Francis Edelman is an American football wide receiver for the New England Patriots of the National Football League. Edelman was drafted in the seventh round two hundred and thirty two overall to the New England Patriots. Edelman played quarterback in college, but in the NFL he changed position to wide receiver due to his height.

Edelman barely had that many games to play, and when he does play its usually in the super bowl where he is money. Can he give us a big time year in the regular season with Thomas released, and now N’keal Harry on the IR?

5 Jamie Collins

Welcome back old reliable, Jamie Collins was like a ghost for many of those Cleveland years but back in Boston nevertheless. He knows very well how that defense works and he’ll look like that great player he once was resurrected under the Patriot way.

6 Michael Bennett Michael Bennett, Jr. is an American football defensive end for the Philadelphia Eagles of the National Football League.

Even with the one season in Philly the stock of a player like this was still high even with a one year flyer he’ll look to keep the defensive line assembled above average with a few young players by the helm.

7 Dont'a Hightower

He had a very ghost like season, had some moments last season, but ultimately is the playing ability starting to go off the wheels is what to watch for?

8 Josh Gordon Joshua Caleb Gordon is an American football wide receiver for the New England Patriots of the National Football League.
9 Shaq Mason

With such an effective running game now with three or four tail backs. The guard tandem will look to continue not breaking a sweat on opposing defensive lines.

10 Joe Thuney

Likewise Thuney like Mason will just prove that stability has always stayed the course in New England.

The Contenders
11 Devin McCourty
12 Phillip Dorsett
13 James White

Very solid #2, and knows that Patriots system Josh McDaniels loves to do. James White like many other Patriots is money when it comes to the big dance.

14 Antonio Brown Antonio Brown is a former NFL wide receiver and for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers of the NFC South Division. He was drafted in the 6th round of the 2010 draft by the Pittsburgh Steelers, and has also been on the Oakland Raiders and New England Patriots. He is a 7x pro bowler, and regarded as a skilled player.
15 Stephen Gostkowski
16 Rex Burkhead
