Love the characters, love the story, love the action-scenes, love the feels; I pretty much love the anime in general! Another thumbs-up to Funimation!

This isn't just the best anime of 2016, it's the best anime ever!

2 Kiznaiver

It's made by the same studio that produced Kill la Kill. I have to finish The Irregular at Magic High School and Puella Magi Madoka Magica first, but when I do, I can't wait to see how this anime turns out.

3 Re:Zero Kara Hajimeru Isekai Seikatsu

Easily the best isekai ever made

4 Bungou Stray Dogs

The second season is better than the first, eapecially the Dark Era part.

12 Yuri!!! On Ice
13 Boku Dake Ga Inai Machi
14 Tales of Zestiria the X

I always hoped this or its prequel, "Tales of Berseria," would be made into an anime. So when I learned they made one COMBINING the two, I was ecstatic! It didn't disappoint, either! Watching the immersive stories I loved playing through turned into an anime I could spend time just binge-watching without worrying about whether or not I remembered to save before some major battle is always fun for me. Extra thumbs up for the two amazing openings!

This anime is INCREDIBLE! It is probably #3 for me on a top ten list because it is just. That. Good! Watch it! You'll understand why! It was not a waste of time for me!

17 Flip Flappers

I've heard a lot of people trash this anime, but I personally loved it! I love the bright, captivating visuals; the kick-ass action-sequences; the great characters; & its unique visual story-telling method. While a decent amount of anime spend more time than necessary explaining the gimmicks of their worlds & not enough actually demonstrating them (cough-cough-"Irregular at Magic High School" enrollment arc-cough), this anime only has about 15 collective minutes of the entire series spent explaining the details of the Flip-Flap organization & worlds of Pure Illusion, focusing more on showing us exactly what we're in for. This colorful, lovably odd series is definitely worth of this list.
