23 Jim Kelly Jim Kelly

Without a doubt in my mind, the best. The Bills were fast and effective with Jim, and hell they are paying for his retirement still to this day. He holds a number of records and made a difference in the league. This man is a hero to a group of people and rightfully deserves it. Jim Kelly is the best quarterback. - Coatsy

Belongs in the top 10 how is he behind russell wilson and andrew luck when their careers have just started we don't know how good they are going to be

Great QB belongs in top ten... it was a thrill to watch him play

What is he doing in the # 17 spot should not even be on the list - Jlynch

Why... is he on this list?

He was a good eagle

Michael vick should be in the 24 spot because he do lead QB in most scrambling yards

Sammy Baugh is the pioneer of vertical passing and could be considered best of all time

28 Matt Ryan Matt Ryan Matthew Thomas "Matt" Ryan, nicknamed "Matty Ice," is an American football quarterback for the Atlanta Falcons of the National Football League.

31 Dan Fouts

Dan flouts is the most underrated QB of all time he had barely any weapons and still played like a boss - Charginup85

32 Matthew Stafford Matthew Stafford John Matthew Stafford is an American football quarterback for the Detroit Lions of the National Football League.

The best of all time, my favorite player

Hopefully doesn't have a 0-16 season

Matthew stafford has lead the lions to victory in many playoffs and exhibitions. Now that doesn't mean he is the best player on the team because Calvin Johnson jr is the engine that runs the lions offense. Stafford can throw like 85 yds. That works with Calvin Johnson and Brandon pettigrews catching

33 Ken Stabler Ken Stabler Kenneth Michael "Ken" Stabler, nicknamed "Snake," was an American football quarterback in the National Football League for the Oakland Raiders, Houston Oilers and New Orleans Saints.

Ken Stabler has long been overlooked. This guy has been pert of the best games that have ever been played. He was robbed of games that kept him from more Super Bowl appearances. Which had the NFL not targeted the Raiders as an enemy. The world today would know that The Snake was just as good if not better as Bradshaw, Staubauch, many others who now are enshrined in the Hall of Fame. I got a few choice words, but will not stoop to share them. But Stabler, not ever being inducted into the Hall of Fame, is as wrong as those calls that have kept the Raiders from more Super Bowl appearances. I'm fortunate to have witnessed with my own two eyes, the heart, ability, and the great character of this soul. All I have to say, " This man was a bad ass! " Regardless of those who hate greatness.

Ken stabler is a legend! He should be in the top tens

Hall of famer is 1000 times better then Matthew stafford

34 Landry Jones

What the heck he is a sucky backup

35 Joey Harrington

Who the heck is Joey Harrington

36 Brian Hoyer Brian Hoyer Brian Axel Hoyer is an American football quarterback for the Chicago Bears of the National Football League.

Lost against 2-14 Tampa Bay Buccaners lost against 3-13 Oakland Raiders!
