To me the best team to just miss was LA's B team that was going real strong with an impressive winning streak, but probably should of won one game over the Chiefs really hurt the chances of this team ultimately come short, but overexceeded expectations.
They really had a chip on their shoulder all season because they didn’t have too many fans in LA because of another LA team. So they were basically playing 16 road games. To start 0-4 and come back to 9-7 was incredible

I'm sure nobody predicted Jets would be a 5 win team, and yet I'd argue there better team then the Dolphins.

In 2020, Washington after 87 years got rid of the Redskins trademark due to it being labeled racist to native culture. It was named the Washington Football Team until February 2022, when the team was renamed the Washington Commanders. Sure they didn't finish strong again, but they were very tough with a ton injuries. Next year they might take a massive hit on the offense potentially lose their QB to free agency.
