Top 10 NHL Defensemen Not Named Bobby Orr

Bobby Orr is such a clear choice for #1 denfensemen of all-time, so I decided to cut him out of the competition and ask a much more interesting question... who is the 2ND best defensemen of all-time!
The Top Ten
1 Nick Lindstrom

It's LIDstrom not LINDstrom!

2 Ray Borque

Bobby Orr is the greatest ever but zBourque was the best of the rest

3 Al MacInnis
4 Pierre Pilote

Most underrated great defensemen of all time. Won the Norris trophy three years in a row, from 1963 to 1965. Was runner up for the Norris trophy for the next two years before Orr took it over. Made five first all star teams and three second all star teams in 14 NHL seasons. Was voted No.59 of the top 100 players of all time by the Hockey News in 1998.

5 Paul Coffey
6 Doug Harvey

Different game.. Superb athlete

7 Denis Potvin
8 Eddie Shore

Most people have no idea who he was since he played so long ago, but he has more Hart trophies than any other defenceman in NHL history (Orr included). He should be easily in the top 5.

9 Larry Robinson
10 Scott Niedermayer

Niedermayer only got one Norris trophy, probably cus he had to compete with Lidstrom, but as far as I'm concerned, if Lidstrom was a 99, Niedermayer was a 98... it's no accident that he's the only human in history to win a Memorial Cup, World JR gold, World Championship Gold, Olympic Gold, World Cup and Stanley Cup.

The Contenders
11 Brain Leetch
12 Daniel Alfredsson
13 Alex Pietrangelo
14 Joel Edmundson
15 Colton Parayko
16 Jay Bouwmeester
17 Robert Bortuzzo
18 Chris Pronger
19 Kris Letang
20 Radko Gudas

I don't know why everyone hates him so much. He's my idol!
