Nightmarionne is basically Nightmare, but way cooler, original, and creepy. He looks very similar to Slender and has the most unique design out of all of the Nightmare characters. He is just simply my favorite of the bunch.

Nightmare is an antagonist in Five Nights at Freddy's 4 and one of the seven nightmare animatronics (ten if the Halloween Edition animatronics and Plushtrap are counted) in the game. He is the shadowy incarnation of Nightmare Fredbear, and the final antagonist in the game. Nightmare is a character simply wrapped in mystery. Why does he exist? Is he supposed to be a Shadow of Fredbear? And if he is, why is his head simply a giant brain with red eyes? Nightmare is very unique and seems to be the leader of the Nightmare Animatronics. There's only one character I like more though.
Nightmare is the nightmare version of shadow Freddy, though I'm not sure why he is in the game. Although he is an awesome animatronic!

Nightmare Fredbear is a character in Five Nights at Freddy's 4 who appears in Night 5, replacing the other 4 enemies you have to face off against in earlier nights, Nightmare Fredbear is the most vicious animatronic imagined by the Child you play as in FNaF 4, because of a freak accident where the child ...read more. Nightmare Fredbear is considered the boss of the game and basically dominates the rest of the Nightmare animatronics. His attacks are completely unique and he replaces all the other nightmare characters. He also is a big part of the story. The reason he isn't higher is that he never really scared me that much.
Nightmare Foxy is a character who appears in FNaF 4 on Night 2. Nightmare Foxy runs down the hall and sneaks in through your slightly opened door and hides in the closet, until you close the closet door for long enough. He will attack if you don't close the closet door long enough or it takes you a... read more Oh god, Nightmare Foxy is TERRIFYING. Think of a character that is running through the halls constantly trying to get into your closet, JUMPSCARES YOU when you find him in the closet, and has one of the scariest jumpscares in my opinion. Nightmare Foxy is also the nightmare representation of the most popular animatronic so I allowed him in the top 5.

Nightmare Mangle is a nightmarish counterpart of Mangle who first debuts in the Halloween Edition of Five Nights at Freddy's 4 where it replaces Nightmare Foxy, alongside Nightmare Balloon Boy, Nightmarionne, Jack-O-Chica, and Jack-O-Bonnie. Nightmare Mangle's design is WAY COOLER than Nightmare Foxy's. She has wires coming out everywhere and look similar to Foxy but has Mangle's colors. Her jumpscare is also WAY more startling than Foxy's. She is also one of the biggest problems in the game because she causes her static and audio to play when she's in your closet.
Nightmare BB is basically what you call the uncanny valley. The fingers and mouth are CREEPY. He also scares me WAY MORE than Plushtrap ever did!
Nightmare Freddy's main attack is your bed where he summons Fredles to attack you. You basically check the bed and see if his Fredles are there trying to call in Freddy himself. He's honestly boring to me and you barely even see him anyway, which doesn't make any sense since this is ultimately HIS GAME. I don't see where on the game it says "Five Nights at Fredbear's".
The reason Nightmare Chica is higher than Nightmare Bonnie is that she has a unique design and somewhat unique attack. She has one eye working and has her Nightmare Cupcake. She can also use it to attack you from behind.

Nightmare Bonnie is an antagonist in Five Nights at Freddy's 4 and one of the seven nightmare animatronics (ten if the Halloween Edition animatronics and Plushtrap are counted) in the game. He is the nightmarish incarnation of Bonnie. Nightmare Bonnie is kind of basic and was the first animatronic that got his jumpscare teased. Yeah, he's not really all that scary or unique.

Plushtrap is an antagonist in Five Nights at Freddy's 4. He is the plush version of Springtrap and the first antagonist who appears in his own minigame, "Fun with Plushtrap", the second being Nightmare Balloon Boy, and does not make appearances elsewhere (other than the after-night minigames). Plushtrap doesn't really count as a nightmare animatronic, but I'm counting him anyway. Plushtrap is kind of different from the rest and is only in a minigame. He doesn't really scare me.
