Top 10 Non-Gory Death Metal Album Covers

Gory - involving or showing violence and bloodshed.
I don't deny many death metal album covers are gory. But many aren't.

Old school death metal bands formed in the 80s were more inclined to use gory album covers. In the 90s there was a shift in the paradigm of death metal, and the newer metal bands formed after 2000 show much less willingness to use gory album covers for the sake of it, just for the shock value.

Depiction of death is very common in death metal but it isn't always surrounded by violence and bloodshed.
