Top 10 Non Legendary Unova Pokemon

The Top Ten
1 Samurott Samurott, known in Japan as Daikenki, is a Pokémon species in Nintendo and Game Freak's Pokémon franchise.

Samurott is awesome! It has good stats and is very flexible when it comes to strategy and how you want use it. It also had a badass cry and design which has an animal with human influenced elements (samurai) rather than the lackluster and rubbish human with animal elements design (aka delphox-it sucks)

By the way, this is sadly my last description for this list. Anyway, samurott is, by far, the best choice of the unova starters. It has solid attack and special attack stats, a pretty good move pool, and, come on, its a SAMURAI. Over all, out of all the other starters, I would choose this one.

I love Samurrot, definitely one of my favorites but I'm looking through the lists and I question, Why No Seismitoad, I love Seismitoad because it, Emboar, Klingklang, Swoobat, and I think Reuniclus< Krookodile, or Gigalith. But Seismitoad was level 97 or 98 when I last saw that game cartridge.

Oshawott is adorable, and dewott and samurott are amazing. Swords dance once or twice, and have fun sweeping. I actually use mine on battlespot and guess what: he doesn't suck. And Oshawott is my favorite Pokémon.

2 Hydreigon Hydreigon, known in Japan as Sazandora, is a Pokémon species in Nintendo and Game Freak's Pokémon franchise.

It can learn Draco Meteor, Dark Pulse, Earth Power, Fire Blast, Flamethrower, Hydro Pump, Surf, and even Flash Cannon for fairies! Don't forget about Nasty Plot, which doubles its special attack the first time it uses it.

It even gets Roost, Defog, and Substitute if you want a bulkier Hydreigon. What you do is you setup nasty plots while either roosting or substituting so that you take less damage, and give it leftovers so that it can heal more. This strategy is very good against pokemon that are slower than Hydreigon but very bulky.

In summary, it has amazing type coverage and is a great example of why coverage matters in Pokemon.

Having a stat total of 600, making it a semi-legendary Pokemon or Psuedo Legendary Pokemon. It's extremely powerful in ALL THE STATS, highest one is Special Attack, this Pokemon can learn pretty much 99% of the moves to exist, can cover its weakness and it's levitation just immediately makes it immune to ground. Very hard to catch and train, but 100% worth it. This Pokemon truly tests if you're an actual Pokemon trainer

Being the pseudo of the region, it does its job really damn well. Even though Fairy Type completely bodies Hydreigon, that doesn't stop it. It can mostly out speed all of the fairy type opponents and retaliate with a Flash Cannon. It's special attack is amazing. Slap a life orb on it and you can pretty much OHKO everything

Hydreigon is so hard to obtain but it is so worth it when you get it. It can take out each and every unova starter easily. When I faced one it was so hard to beat it took out 3 and a half of my pokemon he was ridicoulosly strong. It should be number one

3 Stoutland

! 490 base stat?!? That is awesome to the sauceum! (deep breath) anyway, as you can tell, I like stoutland. Actually, let me rephrase that. I LOVE stoutland. It has king base attack, great move pool for a normal type, and can learn ALL, count em, all fang moves. Overall, between watchog and this beast, you can tell what my choice would be.

STOUTLAND IS BAD ASS...I had a level sixty eight and took out almost every elite four member single handed lay only with Stoutland so

He saves people stuck in deserts, and stoutland will save u to. A cute dog, then a loyal dog finally a wall of pure force. He can kill everything!

Teach it Fire Fang, Thunder Fang, Ice Fang and Crunch, then give it an expert belt and you have a perfect stoutland

4 Scolipede

Scolipede is my absolute favourite Pokemon and I am ecstatic that is at number 4!

I beat literally the whole elite 4 with this pokemon mainly using mega horn

It is the best bug type, looks amazing qnd has amazing attack, definitely get one on your team

It's fast, it's well composed, an excellent centipede to have in a team.

5 Beartic

Beartic is the best it can knock out Scotland and scolipede easily

I need to get one of those so bad.

Beartic always knocks or freezes the other openet back with a strong hit that changes the battle strategy with cool hearted spirit!

yay

6 Sawsbuck

Just imagine that you were walking in the rain forest and found a beautiful tree but it was only sawsbuck's antlers and kicked you with its lege that is what you call badass

7 Serperior Serperior, known in Japan as Jalorda, is a Pokémon species in Nintendo and Game Freak's Pokémon franchise.

Serperior is a personal favorite of mine, obviously because it was my starter. It has been in my Black run, my White 2 run, and my White 2 replay. I even got a shiny one on my first White 2 run. And with access to Contrary, Serperior is now capable of holding its own competitively, too. Not to mention quite a well-thought out design. Fun to use in-game and definitely capable competitively, Serperior is a charming Pokemon that's managed to become a high favorite of mine.

How is Serperior not in the top 10. I had a Serperior. It kicked a lot of butt. On my Black team it provided a solid way of OHKOing everything that was weak to grass. Just leaf blade everything. On the battle subway it was a menace when combined with my friend's Emboar. Just Fire Pledge+Grass Pledge, then annihilate everything. I used Samurott in Black 2, and while I have to admit that Samurott is a solid Pokemon, Serperior was just more memorable. #LeafBlade4Life

This is my personal FAVOURITE Pokemon. He's my first ever starter who destroyed everybody, he's competitive level with his hidden ability and leaf storm AND is one of the best designed Pokemon who breaks nerves with only his stare and doesn't even try against anyone not worthy because his species states he's ROYALTY and he's a serpent made of nature. Absolute badass

Serperior is a speedy and intelligent pokemon it has great power. Trip's serperior is amazing it's super powerful. During the junior cup trip face so much fire type but serperior manage to win all of them in just 2 moves. Lear and solarbeam

8 Heatmor

Heatmor isn't a legendary. It's basically a fire type Zangoose

It is a legendary pokemon so it should not be on this list

Heatmor is not legendary. Heatran is.

9 Volcarona

To be honest I have a flair for the dramatic when it comes to choosing Pokemon and their moves, and Volcarona definitely fits that bill.

A beautiful giant Bug-Fire type. Majestic, powerful, and downright awesome.

100% my favorite unova pokemon

Thumbs-up from me

10 Zoroark Zoroark is a dark type Pokémon species in Nintendo and Game freak's Pokémon franchise. It evolves from zorua at level 30.

This Pokemon is an asset to many teams. Great against the elite four.
Amazing attacks and a cool ability, furthermore I'd like to say it's the best dark type in unova

Can become ALL pokemon!

The Contenders
11 Bouffalant

This is a rampaging Pokemon

Powerful balance in stats

12 Braviary Braviary, known in Japan as Warrgle, is a Pokémon species in Nintendo and Game Freak's Pokémon franchise.

This deserves to be higher on the list, very high defense, special defense and attack, also great speed. It can learn moves to cover its weakness and is very, very powerful

13 Archeops

Why the heck is Archeops not on this list? Come on people, think! You cannot resist Archeops. this thing is a BEAST! It has a base stat total of 567, Higher than any normal Pokemon I know. its got loads of attack and speed, so it's a great sweeper. I chose him as my fossil Pokemon, and never looked back. and plus, it's a pterodactyl!

It's NOT a pterodactyl. Couldn't you see?! Aerodactyl was a kind of pterodactyl. Archeops is based on Archaeopteryx, duh. It looks the same like ancient archaeopteryx, and their names are even alike! Just search in the internet of bing, dude. You'll see all the information and it's fossil picture.

Best fossil poke for sure! It is beter than some Mega evolutions! Totally agree with the One posting archeops on this forum!

When this pokemon is not in defeatist, it can single handedly rip through entire teams, it's just so powerful.

14 Excadrill

All I'll say is horn drill+earthquake+ some X accuracys and you have a Pokemon with 2 weaknesses!

Is the best ground type you will ever see

This thing will drill your heart out..

15 Emboar Emboar, known in Japan as Enbuoh, is a Pokémon species in Nintendo and Game Freak's Pokémon franchise.

Although I think it is my least favourite starter in the unova region but I still like it and I vote because it is underrated

It was my first starter in black 2 and my favorite. Destroyed everyone. It also has a diverse movepool even though it has a lot of weaknesses.

This was my starter and when he evolved I won 95% of my battles at level 69 he is op.

Best fire +fighting type. Extremely strong as well

16 Reuniclus

What a good pokemon! I wanna hug it, it looks very huggable.

He's a cute little blob.

17 Krookodile

My krookodile is level 100 and it's a legend. feel that this pokemon should be on the Top 10

If you've ever watched the UCL season one, you should probably know about Liability. It was a destroying force to be reckoned with. This thing gets access to STAB earthquake AND moxie. Need I say more?

Deserves to be much higher, obviously it has many weaknesses, but most of them can be covered. Its massive attack and speed just makes it a dangerous sweeper

Krookodile is my favorite Unova Pokémon of all! I managed to defeat three of the four elite Four with just Krookodile (I only had him battle at around level sixty. If you're unimpressed, it's not his fault, it's mine for not training him enough) I think he's partly my favorite because in the series, Ash gets his Krokorok to evolve and then it takes down Iris's pissed off Dragonite! Dragonite is a BEAST! Krookodile also doesn't get affected by Electric-types or Psyhic-types at all. It's hard to find a Pokemon that can land a super effective attack on Krookodile. It's just that awesome!

18 Durant
19 Haxorus

Haxorus is a complete BEAST! It has the second highest base attack stat of all non legendary Pokemon (I don't know about Kalos), and still the 3rd highest after that, only being beaten by Deoxys Attack Forme, and Rampardos. It's defense and speed are also quite high, with the rest of its stats being about average. I have on multiple occasions defeated the entire elite four with a Haxorus ALONE. Teach it Outrage, Dragon Claw, Dragon Dance, and Guillotine, bring it to level 100, give it a persim berry, and you have probably the most capable sweeper possible!

How is it NOT on this list? He deserves the top 5. Highest attack Pokemon in Pokemon history, very gppd defense and special defense and amazing speed. Teaching it Earthquake with its ability Mold Breaker just destroys Pokemon with levitate ability, making it supper effective against Eelektross, Gengar etc. Also teaching it Dragon Claw, Dragon Dance and Brick Break while holding a dragon claw makes it insane, covering weaknesses and nearly unstoppable. Deserves top 5

I like this Pokemon a lot. No, I love this Pokemon a crap load. I went through the entire game with only him, I traded my Oshwatt for it but it was so worth it

I might of spelled it wrong but anyway. HAXOUROUS RULES!

20 Mienshao
21 Chandelure

Extremely high special attack and speed. Has pretty good defense and special defense, makes it powerful. Teaching it Energy Ball and Shadow Ball covers its Water, Ghosts, Rock, Ground weaknesses. Adding a bonus fire blast/flamethrower and Psychic makes it indestructible. Must be higher on this list

Chandelure has crazy special attack, great defenses, and decent speed. You could easily destroy everything with fire blast, energy ball, shadow ball, and psychic.

What? By far the best unova pokemon, and its at #24? Come on!

It can wreck water types. Should be number 5/6

22 Bisharp

This guy is awesome, just by looking at it, I new it had to be on my team! In X and Y, they were apparently even generals. This guy has GOT to be higher.

23 Golurk

Phantom force while also having the ability iron fist which increases the power of all his punch moves

A boss ghostly robot defender giant who goes toe to toe with Zekrom and Reshiram? YES! Plus, has anyone SEEN his movepool?

24 Emolga Emolga, known in Japan as Emonga, is a Pokémon species in Nintendo and Game Freak's Pokémon franchise.

Cute and ready to battle when needed
