finally, after all these years Jim is now in the Baseball Hall of Fame and well, he earned it. Not just for his 283 wins. Not just that he played in four decades. Not just hat he led the American League in wins in 1966. Not just that in 1982 he finally won a world championship as a member of the St. Louis Cardinals. But in my book, he was the best American League pitching fielder in history. I don't think anybody can match or surpass his 16 straight Gold Glove awards as a pitcher. Truly one of the best.
