Bhutan, officially the Kingdom of Bhutan, is a landlocked country in South Asia at the eastern end of the Himalayas. It is bordered by China to the north and India to the south. Nepal and Bangladesh are located in proximity to Bhutan but do not share a land border. The country has a population of over 754,000 and a territory of 38,394 square kilometers (14,824 sq mi) which ranks 133rd in terms of land area, and 160th in population. Bhutan is a constitutional monarchy with Vajrayana Buddhism as the state religion. A mountainous, peaceful country completely surrounded by mountains, Bhutan is very traditional. Televisions were only introduced there a few years ago. This isolated country is also quite closed to the outside world as the government does not want lots of tourists spoiling the natural habitat so they only let a certain number of tourists in per year. This means that Bhutan is still very obscure.
It's so isolated and locked away in the mountains people don't even bother visiting it. It's super hard to get into and super obscure because of that

Nauru, officially the Republic of Nauru and formerly known as Pleasant Island, is an island country in Micronesia in the Central Pacific. It's the third smallest country in the world and the least visited country in the world as well. Its nearest neighbour is Banaba Island in Kiribati, 300 km (190 mi) to the east. It further lies northwest of Tuvalu, 1,300 km (810 mi) northeast of the Solomon Islands, east-northeast of Papua New Guinea, southeast of the Federated States of Micronesia and south of the Marshall Islands. With little over 10,000 people living on this remote island and with few tourists, this small island is very obscure.

Tuvalu, formerly known as the Ellice Islands, is a Polynesian island nation located in the Pacific Ocean, midway between Hawaii and Australia. The second smallest. Country by population may go down to zero in the next 50 years or so as rising water levels will probably engulf the set of atolls which have a maximum height of 5 metres. It has untouched beaches on the atoll of Motulalo and the small capital of Fongafale on the island Funafuti. There are virtually no jobs except for fishing and working in the fish market. With around 900 visitors per year with little change from 20 years ago, this makes Tuvalu extremely obscure.

Eritrea officially the State of Eritrea, is a country in East Africa. With its capital at Asmara, it is bordered by Sudan in the west, Ethiopia in the south, and Djibouti in the southeast. War and famine have made the fairly new state one of the most horrendous places to live in the past 20 years. It split off from Ethiopia in 1993 after a long war rocked the country. However, it still remains fairly unknown due to it not having much political or sporting involvement with the rest of the world. This small African Republic has been nicknamed by some as "Africa's North Korea" due to it having no freedom of speech and heavy corruption inside the government.
Laos, officially the Lao People's Democratic Republic (LPDR), or commonly referred to its colloquial name of Muang Lao is a landlocked country in the heart of the Indochinese peninsula of Mainland Southeast Asia, bordered by Myanmar (Burma) and China to the northwest, Vietnam to the east, Cambodia to the south, and Thailand to the west. A communist country bordering China, Vietnam, Thailand, Cambodia and Myanmar, Laos is fairly closed to the rest of the world as it is one of the most closed countries in th world, only letting a few number of tourists in per year. Laos' landscape is mostly untouched by the west and towns like Louangphrabang still try and stay traditional. It's main tourist attraction is the Mekong river which flows through most of the country. But this East Asian state is still very obscure.

Liechtenstein is a very tiny country in Europe. It is between Switzerland and Austria. It is known for its mountains. The official language in Liechtenstein is German. On January 23, 1719, Liechtenstein was discovered, and it established independence from the Holy Roman Empire on July 12, 1806. Its biggest ally is Switzerland. It is the 4th smallest country in Europe and has a Royal Family. Sandwiched between Austria and Switzerland, this small country of only 30,000 is a tax haven for big businesses. It's mountainous terrain makes it great for walking or cycling. The fourth smallest country in Europe, like lots of small European countries, has a high life expectancy rate and high GDP per capita, with Liechtenstein being at around $100,000 per year on average in wages.

The Central African Republic is a landlocked country in Central Africa. It is bordered by Chad to the north, Sudan to the northeast, South Sudan to the southeast, the DR Congo to the south, the Republic of the Congo to the southwest, and Cameroon to the west. The CAR covers a land area of about 620,000 square kilometres (240,000 sq mi). As of 2018, it had an estimated population of around 4.7 million. As of 2021, the CAR is the scene of a civil war, ongoing since 2012 Yet another corrupt country, the Cental African Republic (or C.A. R for short) is a very poor country and one of the most gender inequal in the world. It had a military dictator who spent a third of the year's taxes on a huge, Napoleon themed coronation with him claiming to be the most important person in the world. No other political leaders showed up. Thankfully for the C.A. R, democracy was introduced in 1993, 33 years after it had claimed independence from France. But the lack of facilities, roads and accommodation means it only gets around 6,000 visitors per year.
Suriname, officially known as the Republic of Suriname, is a sovereign state on the northeastern Atlantic coast of South America. It is bordered by the Atlantic Ocean to the north, French Guiana to the east, Guyana to the west and Brazil to the south. At just under 165,000 square kilometers (64,000 square miles), it is the smallest sovereign state in South America. Suriname has a population of approximately 575,990, most of whom live on the country's north coast, in and around the capital and largest city, Paramaribo. The only Dutch speaking country in South America, Suriname was once known as Dutch Guyana. It's equatirial climate and its borders with Brazil make it a haven for nature lovers. However, until 1991, it was under a strict military rule letting almost no tourists in. But still with a lack of hotelsm tourist numbers still dwindle.

There isn't much known about the country but there was a referendum in 1990 which was a majority vote for the country to become democratic. However, tourism is on the rise with wealthy Europeans and Gabonians going there for holidays with the country's first modern hotel opening in 1986. But still this set of islands is very obscure.

Belize is a country on the eastern coast of Central America. It is the only country in Central America whose official language is English, though Belizean Creole and Spanish are also commonly spoken. The only old British colony in Central America, Belize is also the smallest by area and population. Bordering Guatemala and Mexico, it's a paradise for scuba divers as it has the second biggest Barrier Reef in the world after the Great Barrier Reef. It also has a great blue hole off the coast, which is a sudden drop that often goes down a long way. However, it is often right in the path of hurricanes which makes going there in rainy season possibly quite dangerous.
