Rushing for over 1,000 yards in your first season is a good start. Jacobs is already among the NFL's best running backs.
Brown became the Titans' #1 receiver by midseason. He is a steady and solid target for Ryan Tannehill, and he will be for years to come.
Almost the only bright spot on a terrible Redskins team, McLaurin produced, no matter what quarterback was throwing to him. He has had a connection with quarterback Dwayne Haskins Jr. since their days at Ohio State, and it looks like it will continue in the NFL.
With Nick Foles going down with injury in Week 1, Minshew stepped into the starting role gracefully. The sixth round pick played for weeks, and played better than most would have expected, and began Minshew Mania. Foles eventually came back, but wasn't very good in the games he started. Now that he was traded to the Chicago Bears, Minshew is now the Jaguars' starting quarterback.
Falling to the second round, Metcalf had a chip on his shoulder, and he produced. Opposite of Tyler Lockett, he put up good numbers in a stellar rookie season. With Russell Wilson throwing to him, anything can happen.

Hardman paired with Tyreek Hill is probably the fastest wide receiver duo in the NFL. He made the pro bowl in his rookie year as a returner, so maybe he will make it as a receiver in the future.
Jenkins was the NFL's best rookie offensive lineman, not allowing a single sack from his first start in Week 3 to the NFC Championship game. He could possibly become one of the NFL's best left guards in the coming seasons.
Brown showed up as a major deep threat for NFL MVP Lamar Jackson. If he can stay healthy, then he can become one of the NFL's premier deep threats.
