Top 10 Most Overhated Cartoons of All Time

These cartoons receive way too much hate--even the good ones.
The Top Ten
1 Teen Titans Go

Let's face it, the "Toddler Titans NO! " crowd has become worse than the show itself. It's fine to hate the show. It's not fine to hate people who like the show.

Cartoon network knows teen titans go is bad but they keep shoving it down are throats

It's a terrible reboot, and tries to be hip hop cool.

2 Johnny Test Johnny Test is an American-Canadian animated television series produced by Warner Bros. Animation, for the first season, and Cookie Jar, for the remainder of the series. It aired from September 17, 2005 to December 25, 2014 on Kids' WB and Cartoon Network in the United States and on Teletoon in Canada.

The only people who hate this are the people that think everything from the 1990s was absolutely flawless, despite several instances of the contrary (Troll 2, Superman 64, Barney, etc.), and everything created afterwards is irredeemable garbage, despite, again, several instances of the contrary (No Country for Old Men, Super Mario Galaxy, Breaking Bad, etc.). The sane people like this show. I swear, the 90s fanatics would argue that Batman and Robin is a better movie than The Dark Knight because the former was a 90s movie and the latter is modern. GROW UP.

I swear if another show makes an episode similar to the blast ketchup episode that show will not be criticized and this show doesn't have excessive butt humor aka every single episode like TTG and this show didn't make episodes to defend themselves and attack their critics and I know this show never made an episode to attack people who hated the show

I loved this show so much as a kid. It was by far one of m favorites. Now, it just makes me cringe. All of the characters are just so unlikeable, and not in a good and funny way like The Simpsons, Southpark, and Family Guy. By far the worst offender would be Johnny's Dad.

Johnny Test: hate started in 2011, ended in 2015
Clarence: hate started in 2014, ended in 2018
My Little Pony: hate started in 2010, ending now
Teen Titans Go: hate started in 2015, will end in 2020

3 My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic is an animated children's television series based on the fourth incarnation of Hasbro's My Little Pony franchise. The show follows a studious unicorn (later an alicorn) pony named Twilight Sparkle (Tara Strong) and her friends Applejack (Ashleigh Ball), Rarity (Tabitha St. Germain), Fluttershy (Andrea Libman), Rainbow Dash (Ball), Pinkie Pie (Libman), and dragon assistant Spike (Cathy Weseluck). They travel on adventures and help others around Equestria while solving problems that arise in their own friendships.

People are hating this show just because of a fanbase. To quote JonTron, "WHAT...WHAT THE F***?! " Now, I wouldn't consider myself a "brony", but for what the show is on its own, it's a nice little kids show. The visuals are colorful, the songs can be catchy, the characters each have their own likable personality, the morals are easy to follow, and for a kids show, the lore here is actually pretty impressive.

Do I recommend this show to everyone? No. Does that mean I hate the show? No. Do I hate the fanbase? No. Do I hate the haters? No. But do I like this show? Yes.

It may not be as creative or deep as something like Gravity Falls, Steven Universe, Little Witch Academia, or even the early seasons of SpongeBob & Rugrats, but for what it is, it does its job just fine. And is far more superior than shows like Teen Titans Go, Breadwinners, Peppa Pig, Cailou, and many other shows that do an absolute terrible job of giving us likable characters or role models, good morals, an ...more

I don't like that this show is getting so much hatred just because it's a girls show. Friendship Is Magic can have freaky villains, fight scenes, freaky and disturbing moments, and a pony who snaps a bear's neck. So yeah, My Little Pony Friendship Is Magic is not a little girls show like Sofia The First.

People say it sucks without even seeing it. But, I guess these are the same people who think the matrix is a great movie. It's not. It's stupid. I feel like I just lost a few friends and gained maybe one person's respect.

While I hate this show I do agree the hate has gone way too far! Rainbow Dash Haters have gotten more obnoxious, and don't even get me started on the Princess Luna Haters! - BacklegoplanesProductions (My account is suspended)

4 Loonatics Unleashed

People just hate it because it was intended to replace the original Looney Toons.

Everyone says it's burning the franchise but I like it

I never quite understood why people hate this show so much. It’s sooo much more clever and creative than other shows that were on around the same time like Breadwinners or Annoying Orange. I only hated at first because the ads made it look dumb. Actually a superb show. Highly recommend it.

This is a guilty pleasure of mine. It's actually a very creative and charming show. People just don't give it much of a chance

There are morons on this list thumbing down the fact that Uncle Grandpa and Fanboy & Chum Chum

It sucks and is crazy, but unlike many other terrible cartoons, it's creative.

He is aided in his quest by his two best friends, and later, his older sister, who for most of the series' run are among the only people who know of his double life.

You shouldn't let one person's opinion on a show influence your own, people...

I never heard anyone despising this show until recently.

14 Total Drama Total Drama is a Canadian animated comedy television series which is a homage and parody to the conventions commonly found in reality television.

The very first season of Total Drama Island was so good but for some reason the other seasons did not appeal to me.

This show is overrated, not overhated.

Post-Movie SpongeBob has improved and DOES have redeemable qualities. Now watch me get bashed for saying that.
