This was definitely the best of the Star Wars prequels.

It was better than the last two.

Personally, I don't hate Cars 2 with a burning passion, but while I do look back on the story and find it to be honestly unnecessary and not as good as the plot from the first Cars movie, I wouldn't really say Cars 2 is THAT bad, though it does have to be Pixar's biggest disappointment yet. The animation is good like in every Pixar movie, though.
